The combination according to claim 3, wherein the engagement arrangement includes a stop, that the pivot arm has an abutment against the stop in the engagement position, and that at the end of the stop farthest from the flange there is provided a support plate which is largely in parallel with the flange and has a passage opening for receiving and retaining the bolt, as the bolt head is located at one side of the plate and the pivot arm at the other side of the support plate. 5. The combination according to claim 3, wherein before and during mounting, the pivot arm is fastened to the support plate with an adhesive. 6.
