The method of claim 1, wherein the frit is glass doped with at least one transition metal and a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) lowering filler, where the at least one transition metal is absorbent at a specific wavelength of light which is emitted from the sealing apparatus. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the frit contains a predetermined amount of the CTE lowering filler that enables the liquid to penetrate into the frit and be evaporated out-off an interface between the frit and the second glass plate while the sealing device is used to heat the frit to form the seal which connects the first glass plate to the second glass plate. 6. The method of claim 4, wherein the frit excluding the CTE lowering filler has the following composition: K2O (0-10 mole %); Fe2O3 (0-20 mole %); Sb2O3 (0-20 mole %); ZnO (0-20 mole %); P2O5 (20-40 mole %); V2O5 (30-60 mole %); TiO2 (0-20 mole %); Al2O3 (0-5 mole %); B2O3 (0-5 mole %); WO3 (0-5 mole %); and Bi2O3 (0-5 mole %). 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the sealing device is used to heat the frit in a manner where a substantially constant temperature is maintained in the frit along a sealing line while the frit melts and forms the seal which connects the first glass plate to the second glass plate. 9. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of depositing at least one component onto the second glass plate prior to using the sealing device to heat the frit to form the seal which connects the first glass plate to the second glass plate. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein the sealing device is used to heat the frit in a manner where a substantially constant temperature is maintained in the frit along a sealing line that has regions free of electrodes and regions occupied by electrodes which are connected to said at least component while the frit melts and forms the seal which connects the first glass plate to the second glass plate. 11. The method of claim 10, wherein the sealing device emits a laser beam and dynamically changes a power of the laser beam to melt the frit in a manner that maintains the substantially constant temperature in the frit along the sealing line which has the electrode free regions and the electrode occupied regions. 12. The method of claim 10, wherein the sealing device emits a laser beam used to melt the frit where a speed of the laser beam is dynamically changed in a manner that maintains the substantially constant temperature in the frit along the sealing line which has the electrode free regions and the electrode occupied regions. 13. The method of claim 10, wherein a reflector is placed on the second glass plate while the sealing device emits a laser beam through the first glass plate to melt the frit in a manner that maintains the substantially constant temperature in the frit along the sealing line which has the electrode free regions and the electrode occupied regions. 14. The method of claim 10, wherein a partially reflective mask is placed on the first glass plate while the sealing device emits a laser beam through the partially reflective mask and the first glass plate to melt the frit in a manner that maintains the substantially constant temperature in the frit along the sealing line which has the electrode free regions and the electrode occupied regions. 15. The method of claim 10, wherein the sealing device emits a lower power laser beam used to melt the frit along the sealing line during a first pass and then the sealing device emits a higher power laser beam during a second pass only at portions of the frit along the sealing line which did not reach a correct temperature during the first pass of the lower power laser beam. 16. The method of claim 10, wherein a feedback mechanism is used to optimize an operation of the sealing device so as to melt the frit in a manner that maintains the substantially constant temperature in the frit along the sealing line which has the electrode free regions and the electrode occupied regions. 17.
