The system of claim 1, further comprising a plunger distance tool configured to determine a position of the plunger within the packing tube, the position corresponding to a size of the implant. 9. The system of claim 8, wherein the plunger distance tool comprises one or more plunger distance markings corresponding to the size of the implant. 10. The system of claim 8, wherein the plunger distance tool comprises one or more plunger wells, each plunger well corresponding to a plunger distance marking and configured to receive a head of the plunger, the plunger distance marking corresponding to the size of the implant. 11. The system of claim 8, wherein the plunger distance tool includes a bed configured to receive the packing tube, and one or more wells configured to receive a head of the plunger, the bed and the one or more wells forming two or more indentations in the plunger distance tool. 12. The system of claim 1, wherein the plunger includes a plunger shaft, the plunger shaft comprising an exterior surface configured to create a seal with the packing tube cannula. 13. The system of claim 1, wherein the loading port forms the another opening between the packing tube cannula and an environment outside of the packing tube. 14. The system of claim 13, wherein the loading port is configured to engage a head of a cannulated screw. 15. The system of claim 1, wherein the plunger is configured to dispense the material out through the loading port and into a cannulated screw when the plunger is depressed into the packing tube cannula towards the loading port. 16. The system of claim 1, wherein the plunger is configured to draw the material into the packing tube through the loading port. 17. The system of claim 1, wherein the material comprises an osteogenic compound. 18. The system of claim 1, wherein the material comprises an osteoconductive material. 19. The system of claim 1, wherein the packing tube is configured to be inserted into the drill guide cannula to pack the implant after the implant is inserted into the bone tissue.
