The food storage and serving assembly of claim 3, wherein the at least one clasping arm flexes when the utensil is pushed upwardly relative to the latch saddle to move the protruding bump along a side wall of the latch saddle and to the top surface of the latch saddle. 5. The food storage and serving assembly of claim 3, wherein: the at least one clasping arm is one of two clasping arms positioned on opposite sides of the handle opening, andeach of the two clasping arms is configured to selectively interface with a different top surface of the latch saddle to selectively secure the utensil to the bowl. 6.
