The hand rehabilitation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second actuator is an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, or rack gears. 14. The hand rehabilitation device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: a fixing device, wherein the fixing device includes first and second fixing boards, wherein a holding space is defined between the first and second fixing boards, wherein the first fixing board includes at least one sliding groove, wherein the base includes a bottom having a plurality of fixing holes facing the at least one sliding groove, and wherein the second fixing board includes a plurality of adjusting members.
