The lightweight structural panel according to claim 2, wherein the one or more reinforcing elements comprises a metal alloy. 5. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 2, wherein the reinforcing elements comprise a fibre composite material. 6. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein each of the stiffening elements has an inverted L-shaped, T-shaped, or J-shaped cross section. 7. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of stiffening elements has a T-shaped cross section, in which a vertical leg forms the web region and a horizontal leg forms the flange region of each of the plurality of stiffening elements. 8. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the plurality of component elements each having an inverted L-shaped or J-shaped cross section are tailored to one another and lie at least partially flat against one another thereby forming a stiffening element with a T-shaped or a U-shaped cross section, respectively. 9. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein two of the plurality of component elements each have an I-shaped cross section and are tailored to one another and lie at least partially flat against one another thereby forming a stiffening element with an I-shaped cross section. 10. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein a first one of the plurality of component elements has an inverted L-shaped cross section and a second one of the plurality of component elements has an inverted L-shaped cross section, wherein the first and second component elements are tailored to one another such that the second component element lies flat against the first component element, forming one stiffening element of said plurality of stiffening elements, wherein the one stiffening element has an I-shaped cross section. 11. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of stiffening elements comprises a box-shaped cross section. 12. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein two of the plurality of component elements each has an inverted L-shaped or J-shaped cross section and are tailored to one another and lie flat against one another in the flange region for forming one stiffening element of said plurality of stiffening elements, wherein the one stiffening element has a box-shaped cross section. 13. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the component elements forms a Y-shaped transition region situated between the web region and the plurality of component layers. 14. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing element is arranged between the web regions of a pair of the plurality of component elements forming the plurality of stiffening elements. 15. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing element extends over a width of the flange region of the plurality of stiffening elements. 16. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 15, wherein the reinforcing element has an inverted U-shaped cross section and is configured to laterally overlap the flange region or the web region of the plurality of stiffening elements. 17. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 16, wherein the reinforcing element is a strip-shaped reinforcing element and is arranged between the inverted U-shaped reinforcing element and the flange region of the plurality of stiffening elements. 18. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein the stiffening elements and at least one of the plurality of component layers comprise a fiber composite material. 21. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of component layers of the outer skin is adhesively bonded together. 22. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of component elements and the reinforcing elements of the plurality of stiffening elements are bonded together via an adhesive material. 23. The lightweight structural panel according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of stiffening elements each has an inverted U-shaped cross section.
