The vacuum pump of claim 1, wherein the one-way valve comprising a core, at least one flexible flap, and a nipple; the core including an axial vent, and the flap including a radial vent being in continuous flow with the axial vent. 6. The vacuum pump of claim 5, wherein the nipple includes a counterbore for ease of collapsing the valve. 7. The vacuum pump of claim 5, wherein the flexible flap is thinned-out toward an end. 8. The vacuum pump of claim 1, wherein the inner tube further includes a damper below the second flange of the inner tube. 9. The vacuum pump of claim 2, wherein the gripper further comprises an anti-pinching flange at the end of the gripper. 10.
