The measuring tube has at least one planar area and an otherwise cylindrical lateral surface, which border the measuring tube from its environment. The pole shoe is so formed relative to the measuring tube that it contacts the planar area of the measuring tube and has a predetermined minimum separation for the otherwise cylindrical lateral surface of the measuring tube. The pole shoe surrounds the measuring tube with a circular arc angle of at least 10°.

A magneto inductive flow measuring device comprising: a measuring tube; andarranged on said measuring tube, at least one magnet system, which includes a pole shoe, wherein:said measuring tube has at least one planar area and an otherwise cylindrical lateral surface, which border said measuring tube from its environment;said pole shoe is so formed relative to said measuring tube that it contacts said planar area of said measuring tube and has a predetermined minimum separation from the otherwise cylindrical lateral surface of said measuring tube;said pole shoe surrounds said measuring tube with a circular arc angle of at least 10°; andsaid pole shoe has a planar area, which is wider than said planar area of said measuring tube. 2. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: said planar area of said measuring tube has in the axial direction of said measuring tube an axial shoulder for said pole shoe. 3. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: said planar area of said measuring tube has a length axially of said measuring tube between two axial shoulders;said pole shoe has a planar area, which has a length complementary to the length of said planar area of said measuring tube between said two axial shoulders, so that said pole shoe is axially oriented and affixed on said measuring tube. 4. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: an imaginary plane, in which the measuring tube axis lies, divides said planar area of said measuring tube into two equally large parts; andsaid pole shoe is constructed mirror symmetrically about the imaginary plane as a mirror plane. 5. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: said pole shoe is prestressed with a predetermined force against said planar area of said measuring tube. 6. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: said magnet system is prestressed against said planar area of said measuring tube by means of a mounting clip, which is secured shape-interlocked with said measuring tube. 7. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: said magnet system is prestressed against said planar area of said measuring tube by means of a screwed connection between said measuring tube and said magnet system. 8. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: said measuring tube has, parallel to the measuring tube axis and planparallel to said planar area, another planar area;a further pole shoe of an additional magnet system is so formed relative to said measuring tube that it contacts said other planar area of said measuring tube and has a predetermined minimum separation for the otherwise cylindrical lateral surface of said measuring tube; andsaid further pole shoe surrounds said measuring tube with a circular arc angle of at least 10°. 9. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the two magnet systems comprise identical assemblies. 10. The magneto inductive, flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: said magnet system includes a coil and a field guide-back sheet metal; andsaid field guide back completely surrounds said measuring tube. 11. A method for manufacturing a magneto inductive flow measuring device as claimed in claim 1, providing the measuring tube with a circularly cylinder shaped lateral surface with a planar area;securing the pole shoe of the magnet system on the circularly cylinder shaped lateral surface;that it contacts the planar area of the measuring tube and has a predetermined minimum separation from the otherwise cylindrical lateral surface of the measuring tube; andsurrounding the measuring tube with the pole shoe, with a circular arc angle of at least 10°. 12. The method as claimed in claim 11, wherein: a preassembly of the magnet system first occurs and then the preassembled magnet system is secured on the measuring tube by a mounting clip and/or a screwed connection. 13. The method as claimed in claim 11, wherein: the magnet system is prestressed against a planar area of the measuring tube by means of a screwed connection between measuring tube and magnet system; and/orthe magnet system is prestressed against a planar area of the measuring tube by means of the mounting clip, which is secured shape-interlocked to the measuring tube.
