The cooking oil distribution device of claim 1, wherein cooking oil may be transferred from a bulk tank to said fresh oil tank by connecting piping from the bulk tank to said three-way valve, arranging said three-way valve to connect the piping from the bulk tank to said piping connected to the pump, arranging said outlet tube in fluid communication with said fresh oil tank, and energizing said pump, whereby cooking oil flows from the bulk tank, through said three-way valve, through the pump, through the nozzle, and through the outlet tube, into the fresh oil tank. 3. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 1, wherein cooking oil may be transferred from said fresh oil tank to a fryer by placing said outlet tube over the fryer, arranging said three-way valve to connect the piping from the fresh oil tank to the piping to the pump, and energizing the pump, whereby cooking oil flows from said fresh oil tank through said three-way valve, through said pump, through said nozzle, and through said outlet tube, into the fryer. 4. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 1, further comprising: a used oil tank,a second three-way valve connected by piping to said used oil tank;a second pump connected by piping to said three-way valve, andpiping connecting said second pump to said nozzle, said nozzle further comprising an inlet tube connected to said piping between said pump and said nozzle. 5. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 4, wherein used cooking oil may be transferred from a fryer by dipping said inlet tube into the used oil, arranging said second three-way valve to connect the piping from said second pump to said used oil tank, and energizing said second pump, whereby used cooking oil flows from the fryer through said inlet tube and said nozzle, through said pump and said three-way valve, and into said used oil tank. 6. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 5, wherein used cooking oil may be transferred from said used oil tank to a bulk tank by placing said inlet tube in fluid communication with said used oil tank, arranging the three-way valve to connect the piping from the used oil tank to piping connected to the bulk tank, and energizing the second pump, whereby used cooking oil flows from the used oil tank, through said inlet tube and the nozzle, through said pump and said three-way valve, and into said bulk tank. 7. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 4, further comprising a platform and wheels. 8. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 7, further comprising a propulsion mechanism to propel at least one of said wheels. 9. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 4, wherein said fresh oil tank and said used oil tank are approximately 40 gallons each. 10. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 4, wherein said used oil tank has a capacity of greater than 30 gallons. 11. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 4, wherein said device is sized to be moved through a standard service hallway. 12. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 11, wherein the standard service hallway is in one of a stadium, arena, cruise ship, casino, shopping mall, convention hall, or multi-story building. 13. The cooking oil distribution device of claim 4, wherein said piping is configured such that fresh cooking oil does not mix with used cooking oil. 14. A portable cooking oil distribution device comprising: a fresh oil tank and a used oil tank;wherein said cooking oil distribution device comprises four modes of operation, a first mode of which permits transfer of fresh cooking oil from a bulk tank to said fresh oil tank; a second mode of which permits transfer of fresh cooking oil from said fresh oil tank to a fryer, a third mode of which permits transfer of used cooking oil from a fryer to said used oil tank, and a fourth mode of which permits transfer of used cooking oil from said used oil tank to a second bulk tank;wherein fresh oil in said first and second modes of operation does not mix with used oil in said third and fourth modes of operation;said portable cooking device further comprising wheels and a propulsion mechanism, wherein said propulsion mechanism powers at least one of said wheels. 15. The portable cooking oil distribution device of claim 14, wherein said fresh oil tank and said used oil tank are greater than 30 gallons each. 16. The portable cooking oil distribution device of claim 15, wherein said propulsion mechanism is powered by one of electric, propane, or gasoline. 17. The portable cooking oil distribution device of claim 16, further comprising a first pump associated with the first and second modes of operation and a second pump associated with the third and fourth modes of operation. 18. A portable cooking oil distribution device comprising: a fresh oil tank and a used oil tank;additional components adapted to collect used cooking oil from a fryer and to fill the fryer with fresh cooking oil; andwheels, at least one of which being powered by a propulsion device;wherein said portable cooking oil distribution device is sized to fit within a standard service hallway of a stadium, arena, cruise ship, casino, shopping mall, convention hall, or multi-story building in order to be moved between kitchens of such facilities in routine use; andwherein said fresh oil tank has a capacity of at least 30 gallons and said used oil tank as a capacity of at least 24 gallons. 19. The portable cooking oil distribution device of claim 18, wherein said fresh oil tank and said used oil tank have capacities of at least 40 gallons each. 20. The portable cooking oil distribution device of claim 18, wherein said used oil tank has a capacity of between 80% and 95% of said fresh oil tank capacity.
