The utility belt assembly according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the first bracket and the second bracket comprise a stop tab for regulating displacement of the accessory member. 5. The utility belt assembly according to claim 1, wherein the securement member contacts the top of the belt member. 6. The utility belt assembly according to claim 5, wherein the article of clothing includes a pair of pants. 7. The utility belt assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first inwardly facing and open track extends continuously from approximately the first end to approximately the second end of the belt member. 8. The utility belt assembly according to claim 1, wherein the securement member comprises a hook and loop fastener. 9. The utility belt assembly according to claim 1, wherein the guide member is releasably associated with the accessory member. 10. The utility belt assembly according to claim 1, wherein the accessory member comprises a holster. 11.
