The system of claim 1, wherein the set of flight regulations regulate operation of one or more of a sensor, communication unit, payload, or power supply on board of the UAV. 3. The system of claim 1, wherein the authentication center is configured to authenticate the UAV and the corresponding UAV user with aid of one or more keys on-board the UAV or on-board a remote controller of the corresponding UAV user. 4. The system of claim 1, wherein the UAV is operated using a remote controller. 5. The system of claim 4, wherein the UAV is operated using the remote controller via a wireless communication channel. 6. The system of claim 1, wherein the air control system comprises a flight supervision subsystem. 7. The system of claim 6, wherein the flight supervision subsystem is configured to monitor one or more UAVs within an allocated airspace. 8. The system of claim 7, wherein the flight supervision subsystem is configured to detect whether one or more UAVs deviate from a predetermined course. 9. The system of claim 6, wherein the flight supervision subsystem is configured to detect unauthorized UAVs within an allocated airspace. 10. The system of claim 9, wherein the flight supervision subsystem is configured to issue a warning upon detecting the unauthorized UAVs. 11. The system of claim 6, wherein the flight supervision subsystem utilizes data collected by radar, photoelectric sensors, or acoustic sensors to monitor UAVs within an allocated airspace. 12. The system of claim 6, wherein the flight supervision subsystem utilizes data to monitor one or more activities of UAVs within an allocated airspace, wherein the data is collected by one or more of the following: base stations, docks, battery stations, geo-fencing devices, networks, wireless communications, or wired communications. 13. The system of claim 1, wherein the air control system comprises a flight regulation subsystem. 14. The system of claim 13, wherein the flight regulation subsystem is configured to generate and store the set of flight regulations. 15. The system of claim 14, wherein one or more UAVs are regulated based on the set of flight regulations. 16. The system of claim 13, wherein the flight regulation subsystem comprises a database storing one or more locations, wherein the UAV is applied with one or more flight restrictions at said one or more locations. 17. The system of claim 13, wherein the flight regulation subsystem stores sets of flight regulations for multiple types of UAVs, wherein each set of flight regulations is associated with a specific type of UAV selected from the multiple types of UAVs. 18. The system of claim 13, wherein the flight regulation subsystem is configured to approve or reject one or more flight plans of the UAV. 19. The system of claim 1, wherein the air control system comprises a traffic management subsystem. 20. The system of claim 19, wherein the traffic management subsystem is configured to receive a request for a resource from the corresponding UAV user. 21. The system of claim 20, wherein the traffic management subsystem is configured to plan a flight course for the UAV in response to the request. 22. The system of claim 19, wherein the traffic management subsystem is configured to adjust a predetermined flight path of the UAV based on detected conditions in an allocated airspace. 23. The system of claim 22, wherein the detected conditions comprise climate, changes in available airspace, accidents, establishment of geo-fencing devices, or changes in flight regulations. 24. The system of claim 22, wherein the traffic management subsystem is configured to inform the corresponding UAV user of the adjustment to the predetermined flight path. 25. A method for regulating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), said method comprising: authenticating an identity of a UAV and an identity of a corresponding UAV user, wherein the authenticated UAV user is an owner and/or operator of its authenticated corresponding UAV;receiving a UAV identifier for the authenticated UAV and a user identifier for the authenticated corresponding UAV user; andproviding a set of flight regulations based on the authenticated UAV identifier and the authenticated corresponding UAV user identifier, wherein the set of flight regulations regulate (1) flight plan of the UAV; or (2) operation of one or more of a sensor, communication unit, payload, propulsion unit, or power supply on board of the UAV. 26. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed with aid of one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform a method for regulating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), said method comprising authenticating an identity of a UAV and an identity of a corresponding UAV user;receiving a UAV identifier for the authenticated UAV and a user identifier for the authenticated corresponding UAV user; andproviding a set of flight regulations based on the authenticated UAV identifier and the authenticated corresponding UAV user identifier, wherein the set of flight regulations regulate (1) flight plan of the UAV; or (2) operation of one or more of a sensor, communication unit, payload, propulsion unit, or power supply on board of the UAV. 27.
