The sound panel of claim 1, further comprising: an outer fabric, wherein the absorption member is at least indirectly connected to the outer fabric; anda membrane placed between the outer fabric and the absorption member. 3. The sound panel of claim 2, further comprising an inner fabric fastened to the frame. 4. The sound panel of claim 1, further comprising an inner fabric fastened to the frame. 5. The sound panel of claim 1, wherein the first board and the second board are fastened to the frame of the sound panel. 6. The sound panel of claim 1, wherein the absorption member is constructed from about 1.6 lbs./cubic foot to 10 lbs./cubic foot density and from 2 to 24 inch thick fiberglass. 7. The sound panel of claim 1, wherein the absorption member is constructed with about 1.6 lbs./cubic foot density and 4 inch thick fiberglass. 8. The sound panel of claim 1, further comprising: a third board, the third board having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface of the third board facing a right end of the frame and a right end of the absorption member, the third board fastened to a one of the right end of the frame and the right end of the absorption member; anda fourth board, the fourth board having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface of the fourth board facing a left end of the frame and a left end of the absorption member, the fourth board fastened to a one of the left end of the frame and the left end of the absorption member. 9. The sound panel of claim 1, wherein the absorption member and the frame are rectangular in shape. 10. The sound panel of claim 1, wherein the first board and the second board are constructed from fiberboard, and wherein the first board and the second board have a thickness of 1/16 inch. 11. A sound panel comprising: an outer fabric, the outer fabric having a top surface and a bottom surface;a frame, the frame having a top surface, a bottom surface distal from the top surface, a front end, and a back end distal from the front end; the outer fabric fastened to the frame; the bottom surface, the front end, and the back end of the frame facing the top surface of the outer fabric; andan absorption member positioned between the top surface of the outer fabric and the bottom surface of the frame. 12. The sound panel of claim 11, wherein the absorption member includes a top surface and a bottom surface, wherein the bottom surface of the absorption member is at least indirectly connected to the outer fabric. 13. The sound panel of claim 11, further comprising a membrane positioned between the top surface of the outer fabric and the absorption member. 14. The sound panel of claim 11, further comprising an inner fabric fastened to the frame. 15. The sound panel of claim 11, further comprising a plurality of boards fastened to the frame. 16. A method of constructing a sound panel, comprising: obtaining a frame and an absorption member; the frame having a front end, a back end distal from the front end, and a bottom surface, and the absorption member having a front end, a back end distal from the front end, a top surface, a bottom surface distal from the top surface, and a thickness, the thickness of the absorption member measured from the top surface of the absorption member to a bottom surface of the absorption member, the thickness of the absorption member less than a length measured from the front end of the absorption member to the back end of the absorption member;placing the frame on the absorption member;fastening a first board to a one of the front end of the frame and the front end of the absorption member, an inner surface of the first board facing the front end of the frame and the front end of the absorption member; andfastening a second board to a one of the back end of the frame and the back end of the absorption member, an inner surface of the second board facing the back end of the frame and the back end of the absorption member. 17. The method of claim 16, further comprising: placing a membrane between an outer fabric and the absorption member; andfastening the outer fabric to the frame, the bottom surface of the frame facing the top surface of the outer fabric. 18. The method of claim 16, further comprising fastening an inner fabric to the frame. 19. The method of claim 18, wherein the inner fabric is fastened to the frame with a top surface of the inner fabric facing a bottom surface of the frame. 20. The method of claim 18, wherein the inner fabric is fastened to the frame with a bottom surface of the inner fabric facing a top surface of the frame.
