The chair assembly of claim 1, further comprising: a control link having a first end operably coupled to the seat support structure and a second end operably coupled to the back support structure. 5. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein a rate of recline of the seat support structure as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position is less than the rate of recline of the back support structure as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position. 6. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the seat support structure comprises a separate piece from the back link. 7. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second quick connect assemblies are vertically spaced from one another. 8. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the back support assembly is flexible along a length thereof. 9. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the back support assembly is moved forward by the back link relative to the upright portion of the back support structure as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position. 10. The chair support of claim 1, wherein the back support assembly comprises a flexible shell member having a forwardly curved lower lumbar portion defining a curvature, and wherein the curvature is reduced as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position. 11. The chair support of claim 10, wherein the operable connection between the back support structure and the back support assembly comprises a pivotal connection of the flexible shell member to the upwardly-extending portion of the back support structure. 12. The chair support of claim 1, wherein the back support assembly comprises a flexible shell member and the operable connection between the back support structure and the back support assembly comprises a pivotal connection of the flexible shell member to the upwardly-extending portion of the back support structure, and the operable connection between the back link and the seat support surface comprises a pivotal connection of the flexible shell member to the seat support surface, and wherein a distance between the pivot connection of the flexible shell member to the back support structure and the pivot connection of the back link to the flexible shell member decreases as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position, and increases as the back support structure is moved from the reclined position to the upright position. 13. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the back support structure is generally L-shaped. 14. The chair assembly of claim 1, further comprising: at least one biasing assembly exerting a biasing force that biases the back support structure from the reclined position towards the upright position. 15. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the biasing force is adjustable between varying magnitudes when the back support structure is in the upright position. 16. The chair assembly of claim 1, wherein the chair assembly comprises an office chair assembly. 17. A chair assembly, comprising: a first support structure including a base structure and a seat support structure pivotably coupled to the base structure for rotation about a first pivot point, wherein the seat support structure includes a seat support surface configured to support a seated user thereon; anda second support structure that includes a portion that is generally forwardly-facing and configured to support a back of a seated user, wherein the second support structure is pivotably coupled to the base structure for rotation about a second pivot point and includes an upwardly-extending portion adapted to move between an upright position and a reclined position and a lower portion, and wherein the second support structure is coupled to the first support structure by a first quick connect assembly and a second quick connect assembly that is vertically spaced from the first quick connect assembly; andwherein the back support structure comprises the upwardly-extending portion of the second support structure, and wherein a rate of recline of the seat support structure as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position is less than the rate of recline of the back support structure as the back support structure is moved from the upright position to the reclined position. 18. The chair assembly of claim 17, wherein the second support structure includes a back support structure that comprises the upwardly-extending portion and the lower portion, and wherein the upwardly-extending portion of the back support structure is coupled to the lower portion by the first quick connect. 19. The chair assembly of claim 18, wherein the second support assembly includes a back support assembly having an upper portion operably coupled to the upwardly-extending portion of the back support structure and a lower portion; and including: a back link releasably coupled to the lower portion of the back support surface by the second quick connect assembly and operably coupled to the seat support structure. 20. The chair assembly of claim 19, wherein the seat support structure comprises a separate piece from the back link. 21. The chair assembly of claim 17, wherein at least a select one of the first and second quick connect assemblies comprises a snap assembly. 22. The chair assembly of claim 17, wherein the second support structure includes a back support structure that comprises the upwardly-extending portion and the lower portion; and further comprising: a control link having a first end operably coupled to the seat support structure and a second end operably coupled to the back support structure. 23. The chair assembly of claim 17, wherein the chair assembly comprises an office chair assembly.
