The skiing apparatus according to claim 3 wherein the upper end of the shock absorbing member is pivotally connected to the upper shock absorbing connector; and wherein the lower end of the shock absorbing member is pivotally connected to the lower shock absorbing connector. 5. The skiing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the lower seat member is pivotally connected to the lower frame member. 6. The skiing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein a seat is fixedly connected to the lower seat member. 7. The skiing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein a seat is slidably connected to the lower seat member. 8. The skiing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the ski attachment member is fixedly connected to the lower frame member. 9. The skiing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the ski attachment member is adapted to be detachably connected to a ski binding of the ski. 10. The skiing apparatus according to claim 5 wherein the lower seat member and lower frame member are pivotally connected so as to allow between 0 and 60 degrees of movement therebetween. 11. The skiing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the upper frame member and the lower seat member are integrally formed as a monolithic unit. 12. A skiing apparatus comprising: an upper frame member;a lower seat member having a medial portion permanently fixed to the upper frame member;a handle member connected to the upper frame member;a lower frame member connected to the lower seat member;a ski attachment member connected to the lower frame member;an upper shock absorbing connector member connected to the lower seat member; anda lower shock absorbing connector member connected to the lower frame member;wherein the upper frame member and the lower seat member are integrally formed as a monolithic unit. 13. The skiing apparatus according to claim 12 further comprising: a shock absorbing member configured so as to allow between 0 and 60 degrees of relative movement between the lower seat member and the lower frame member. 14. The skiing apparatus according to claim 13 wherein the shock absorbing member comprises a dampener. 15. The skiing apparatus according to claim 12 wherein the lower seat member further comprises: a first beam member; anda second beam member secured to and opposing the first beam member;wherein the first and second beam members are configured to have a passageway therebetween;wherein the passageway is configured to receive a portion of an upper end of the shock absorbing member. 16. The skiing apparatus according to claim 15 wherein each of the first and second beam members further comprise: a top member having a first end and a second end;a front member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the front member is secured to the first end of the top member at a first vertex; anda bottom member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the bottom member is secured to the second end of the front member at a second vertex and the second end of the bottom member is secured to the second end of the top member at a third vertex;wherein the top member, front member, and bottom member are arranged in a triangular orientation; andwherein the upper frame member is secured to the lower seat member along a length extending between the first vertex and the third vertex. 17. The skiing apparatus according to claim 16 wherein the lower frame member is affixed to the lower seat member between the second vertex of the first beam member and the second vertex of the second beam member. 18. The skiing apparatus according to claim 16 wherein the upper shock absorbing connector member is affixed to the lower seat member at the first vertex of the first beam member and the first vertex of the second beam member. 19. The skiing apparatus according to claim 16 wherein each of the first and second beam members further comprise: a brace member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is secured to the first vertex and the second end is secured to a medial portion of the bottom member. 20.
