The rack of claim 4, wherein the stabilizers are configured to be fixed at a position on a cross bar of the supporting frame. 6. The rack of claim 4, wherein the stabilizers are adjustable in height. 7. The rack of claim 4, wherein the stabilizers are used to secure the thrust reverser to the rack. 8. The rack of claim 1, further comprising a hoist coupled to the supporting frame, wherein the hoist facilitates a crane to lift the supporting frame. 9. The rack of claim 1, further comprising a hoist coupled to the base, wherein the hoist facilitates a crane to lift the base. 10. The rack of claim 1, further comprising a hydraulic pump disposed proximate the hinge to facilitate rotation of the rack about the axis of the one or more hinges. 11. The rack of claim 21, wherein the core cowl comprises two T-tracks at an outer perimeter of the core cowl and the two T-tracks are configured to be mounted on the two supporting devices. 23. The rack of claim 21, further comprising one or more stabilizers coupled to the supporting frame and configured to assist the two supporting devices in supporting the weight of the core cowl. 24. A system, comprising: a thrust reverser; anda rack, comprising: a base;a supporting frame disposed perpendicularly with the base;one or more hinges, wherein the base and the supporting frame are coupled via the one or more hinges;two supporting poles onto which a portion of the thrust reverser is to be mounted, wherein the portion of the thrust reverser is a core cowl, and wherein the two supporting poles are coupled to the base and configured to be inserted into the core cowl; andwherein the supporting frame and the base rotate together as one unit around an axis of the one or more hinges.
