A method for implementing the beginning stages of power generating comprising: providing a generating system comprising at least one of the following elements: a rotational energy source element having circulating coolant;a generator element having circulating coolant;a power electronics element having circulating coolant;an energy storage element having circulating coolant;a heat exchanger element having circulating coolant; andan external system element having circulating coolant; andproviding at least one unit control that monitors and manages the circulating coolant of the at least one element. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising providing at least one fluid pump configured to circulate the circulating coolant of the at least one element. 3. The method of claim 1 further comprising providing a capability to selectively transfer heat away from, and into, the at least one element via the circulating coolant. 4. The method of claim 1 wherein the at least one element is the heat exchanger element, the heat exchanger element configured with the capability to selectively transfer heat from, and into, the circulating coolant. 5. The method of claim 1 wherein the circulating coolant of the at least one element comprises a system that comprises at least one of the following configurations: independent with a dedicated heat exchanger element;combined with other circulating coolants; andto transfer heat away from or into the heat exchanger element. 6. The method of claim 1 wherein the at least one unit control monitors temperature of the at least one circulating coolant, and the at least one unit control further comprises the capability to diagnose parameters within the generating system outside of predefined threshold parameters. 7. The method of claim 1 wherein the at least one unit control further comprises the capability, based upon power generation conditions and objectives, to activate anyone of the following conditions for the circulating coolant: to flow; the path for the flow; and the rate of flow. 8. A method for implementing the beginning stages of power generating comprising: providing a generating system comprising at least one of the following elements: a rotational energy source element having circulating coolant;a generator element having circulating coolant;a power electronics element having circulating coolant;an energy storage element having circulating coolant;a heat exchanger element having circulating coolant;an external system element having circulating coolant;a rotational mechanical element having circulating coolant;a mechanical conversion element having circulating coolant; anda power transformation element having circulating coolant; andproviding at least one unit control that monitors and manages the circulating coolant of the at least one element. 9. The method of claim 8 wherein the at least one element comprises a configured temperature range based upon its operating state. 10. The method of claim 9 wherein the circulating coolant is configured to couple with the at least one element when the at least one element has a temperature outside the configured temperature range. 11. The method of claim 9 wherein the at least one unit control comprises the capability to activate a flow for the circulating coolant, and wherein the at least one unit control further comprises at least one of the following additional capabilities: to change the activation of the circulating coolant to meet the configured temperature range; andto couple the circulating coolant with another one of the circulating coolants to meet the configured temperature range. 12. The method of claim 11 wherein the circulating coolant can be coupled directly or indirectly with a third circulating coolant, the third circulating coolant coupled to the heat exchanger element. 13. A generating system comprising: a rotational energy source comprising a first coolant;a power electronics element comprising a second coolant;a heat exchanger element comprising a third coolant;first heat exchanger configured to transfer thermal energy between the first coolant and the second coolant; anda second heat exchanger configured to transfer thermal energy between the second coolant and the third coolant. 14. The system of claim 13 further comprising a first flow control configured to manage coolant flow of a selectable portion of one of the first coolant and the second coolant to bypass the first heat exchanger. 15. The system of claim 14 further comprising a unit control configured to: monitor a first threshold temperature and a temperature parameter of at least one of the coolants;perform a first comparison of the temperature parameter with the first threshold temperature; andcontrol the first flow control in response to the first comparison. 16. The system of claim 14 further comprising a second flow control configured to manage coolant flow of a selectable portion of one of the second coolant and the third coolant to bypass the second heat exchanger. 17. The system of claim 16 wherein the unit control is further configured to: monitor a second threshold temperature; andperform a second comparison of the temperature parameter with the second threshold temperature; andcontrol the second flow control in response to the second comparison. 18. The system of claim 17, wherein the unit control is further configured to control the first flow control and the second flow control to maintain the temperature parameter between the first threshold temperature and the second threshold temperature. 19. A generating system comprising: rotational energy source comprising a first coolant;a power electronics element comprising a second coolant;a heat exchanger element comprising a third coolant;a second power electronics element comprising a fourth coolant;an energy storage element comprising a fifth coolant;a first heat exchanger configured to transfer thermal energy between the first coolant and the second coolant; anda second heat exchanger configured to transfer thermal energy between the second coolant and the third coolant. 20. The system of claim 19 further comprising at least one of the following: a single coolant loop for each of the coolants;a single coolant loop for two or more of the coolants;a plurality of coolant loops for each of the coolants; anda plurality of coolant loops for two or more of the coolants. 21. The system of claim 20 further comprising at least one of the following: a single heat exchanger for either, or both, of the single coolant loops;a single heat exchanger for either, or both, of the plurality of coolant loops;a plurality of heat exchangers for either, or both, of the single coolant loops; anda plurality of heat exchangers for either, or both, of the plurality of coolant loops. 22. The system of claim 21 further comprising at least one of the following: an external coolant loop thermally coupled to one, or both, of the single heat exchanger; andan external coolant loop thermally coupled to one, or both, of the plurality of heat exchangers. 23. The system of claim 22 wherein either, or both, of the external coolant loops are configured to be independently controlled. 24. The system in claim 19 wherein anyone of the coolants has a temperature differential with respect to anyone of the other coolants. 25. The system of claim 19 further comprising a flow control configured to manage coolant flow of a selectable portion of one of the second coolant and the third coolant to bypass the second heat exchanger. 26. The system of claim 25 further comprising a unit control configured to control the flow control in response to respective temperatures of the first and the second coolants. 27. The system of claim 26 wherein the unit control is further configured to control the flow control to maintain a temperature of the first coolant between two different threshold temperatures. 28. The system of claim 26 wherein the unit control further comprises the capability to monitor a temperature of at least one of the coolants and diagnose problems within the system. 29. The system of claim 26 wherein the unit control further comprises the capability to collect, share and transmit pertinent data information between the elements and the source of the system to optimize the collective cooperation within the designed capability of the system.
