The dialysis machine of claim 1, wherein the electrical insulation is rated for 260 VAC such that the remote power source can range from 90 to 260 VAC. 3. The dialysis machine of claim 1, the control scheme additionally accounting for at least one of (i) an inlet temperature of the dialysis solution to the heater and (ii) an efficiency of the heater. 4. The dialysis machine of claim 1, wherein the heater includes first and second heater elements controlled by the control scheme. 5. The dialysis machine of claim 1, wherein the heater includes first and second heater elements, upper and lower heating plates, and an insulation layer located between the first and second heater elements and the upper and lower heating plates, the insulation layer configured to be electrically insulative and thermally conductive. 6. The dialysis machine of claim 5, wherein the heater insulation layer includes at least one of basic electrical insulation rated for 240 VAC and supplemental electrical insulation rated for 240 VAC. 7. The dialysis machine of claim 1, wherein the electrical insulation includes at least one of double insulation or reinforced insulation. 8. The dialysis machine of claim 7, wherein the double insulation includes at least one of basic insulation rated for 240 VAC or supplemental insulation rated for 240 VAC. 9. The dialysis machine of claim 8, wherein the double insulation can withstand at least 4000 VAC, the basic insulation can withstand at least 1500 VAC and the supplemental insulation can withstand at least 2500 VAC. 10. The dialysis machine of claim 1, which includes a user interface accessible to a user from outside the dialysis machine, and wherein the electrical insulation insulates the user interface from an electrically live part located inside of the housing. 11. The dialysis machine of claim 1, which is a peritoneal dialysis machine including a patient line for passing the dialysis solution to a patient. 12. The dialysis machine of claim 1, wherein the electrical insulation rated for 240 VAC is configured to enable the pump, the heater, and the control scheme to operate without imparting a hazardous voltage to a patient from operation or failure when the remote power source does not have an earth ground. 13. A dialysis machine comprising: a source of dialysis solution;a pump configured to pump the dialysis solution;a heater configured to heat the dialysis solution;an electrical input configured to receive power from a non-earth grounded remote power source for powering at least the pump and the heater;electrical insulation isolating the pump and the heater such that the power source can be ungrounded; anda control scheme for operating the heater, the control scheme accounting for a voltage of the non-earth grounded power source to automatically maintain a dialysis solution temperature within predetermined limits using the heater regardless of whether the voltage is 110 or 240 VAC. 14. The dialysis machine of claim 13, which is a peritoneal dialysis machine including a patient line for passing the dialysis solution to a patient. 15. The dialysis machine of claim 13, wherein the electrical insulation is double insulation which operates to provide at least one of creepage or clearance. 16. The dialysis machine of claim 13, the control scheme additionally accounting for at least one of (i) an inlet temperature of the dialysis solution to the heater and (ii) an efficiency of the heater. 17. The dialysis machine of claim 16, wherein the control scheme controls a duty cycle to maintain a desired dialysis solution temperature. 18. The dialysis machine of claim 13, wherein the electrical insulation is rated for 240 VAC such that the ungrounded remote power source can be 110 VAC or 240 VAC. 19. A dialysis machine method comprising: electrically insulating a dialysis machine such that (i) input power can vary between 110 VAC and 240 VAC and (ii) the input power can be from a non-earth grounded power source; andcontrolling a heater of the dialysis machine by accounting for a voltage of the non-earth grounded power source to automatically maintain a dialysis solution temperature within predetermined limits using the heater regardless of whether the voltage is 110 or 240 VAC. 20. The dialysis machine method of claim 19, wherein electrically insulating the dialysis machine includes using at least one of double insulation or reinforced insulation. 21. The dialysis machine method of claim 19, wherein electrically insulating the dialysis machine includes electrically isolating at least one of a fluid pump and a fluid heater of the dialysis machine.
