1. A device for delivering a medication to a patient, the device comprising: a handle comprising a proximal end and a distal end;an inflation device at least partially and integrally disposed within the handle;a flexible tubular member extending from the distal end of the handle, the flexible tubular member comprising: a proximal end,a distal end,an inflation lumen coupled to the inflation device via an inflation tube, wherein the inflation tube is disposed within the handle, wherein the inflation lumen extends from the proximal end of the flexible tubular member, anda second lumen extending from the proximal end of the flexible tubular member to a medication port, wherein the second lumen is coupled to a medication tube, wherein the medication tube is at least partially disposed within the handle;an expandable member attached to the flexible tubular member, the expandable member comprising a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the inflation lumen opens into the expandable member;an illumination device disposed adjacent the distal end of the flexible tubular member and distally of the expandable member; anda non-inflatable stabilizer slidably coupled to the flexible tubular member, wherein the non-inflatable stabilizer is capable of sliding along the flexible tubular member between the handle and the expandable member. 2. The device of claim 1, wherein the non-inflatable stabilizer comprises a lumen and wherein the flexible tubular member is slidably disposed within the lumen, wherein the lumen has a proximal end and a distal end. 3. The device of claim 2, wherein the non-inflatable stabilizer is compressible such that the non-inflatable stabilizer has an uncompressed state and a compressed state. 4. The device of claim 3, wherein the distal end of lumen within the non-inflatable stabilizer has an oval cross-sectional profile when the non-inflatable stabilizer is in the uncompressed state. 5. The device of claim 4, wherein the proximal end of lumen within the non-inflatable stabilizer has a circular cross-sectional profile when the non-inflatable stabilizer is in the uncompressed state. 6. The device of claim 3, wherein the distal end of lumen within the non-inflatable stabilizer has a circular cross-sectional profile when the non-inflatable stabilizer is in the uncompressed state. 7. The device of claim 6, wherein the proximal end of lumen within the non-inflatable stabilizer has a circular cross-sectional profile when the non-inflatable stabilizer is in the uncompressed state. 8. The device of claim 2, wherein the non-inflatable stabilizer is compressible, and wherein the flexible tubular member is disposed in the lumen such that the non-inflatable stabilizer slides relative to the flexible tubular member when the non-inflatable stabilizer is in a compressed state. 9. The device of claim 2, wherein the non-inflatable stabilizer is prevented from sliding relative to the flexible tubular member when the non-inflatable stabilizer is in an uncompressed state. 10. The device of claim 1, wherein the medication port is disposed proximally of the proximal end of the expandable member. 11. The device of claim 1, wherein the illumination device is a light-emitting diode. 12. The device of claim 1, wherein the handle further comprises a switch for activating the illumination device. 13. The device of claim 12 further comprising a power supply disposed within the handle, wherein the switch is coupled to the power supply. 14. The device of claim 1, wherein the expandable member is an inflatable balloon. 15. The device of claim 14, wherein the switch is integrated into the handle. 16. A method for delivering a medication to a sphenopalatine ganglion of a patient, the method comprising the steps of: (a) inserting a device into a portion of a nasal cavity of a patient through a nostril, the device comprising: a handle comprising a proximal end and a distal end;an inflation device at least partially and integrally disposed within the handle;a flexible tubular member extending from the distal end of the handle, the flexible tubular member comprising: a proximal end,a distal end,an inflation lumen coupled to the inflation device via an inflation tube, wherein the inflation tube is disposed within the handle, wherein the inflation lumen extends from the proximal end of the flexible tubular member, anda second lumen extending from the proximal end of the flexible tubular member to a medication port, wherein the second lumen is coupled to a medication tube, wherein the medication tube is at least partially disposed within the handle;an expandable member attached to the flexible tubular member, the expandable member comprising a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the inflation lumen opens into the expandable member, wherein the medication port is disposed proximally of the proximal end of the expandable member;an illumination device disposed adjacent the distal end of the flexible tubular member and distally of the expandable member; anda non-inflatable stabilizer slidably coupled to the flexible tubular member, wherein the non-inflatable stabilizer is capable of sliding along the flexible tubular member between the handle and the expandable member;(b) activating the illumination device;(c) placing the expandable member adjacent the patient's choana;(d) expanding the expandable member adjacent the patient's choana;(e) sliding the non-inflatable stabilizer adjacent the patient's nose;(e) introducing a medication to sphenopalatine ganglion through the medication port in the flexible tubular member; and(f) removing the device from the nasal cavity. 17. The method of claim 16 further comprising the step of inserting the device into a second portion of the nasal cavity of the patient through a second nostril and performing steps (b) through (f). 18. The method of claim 16 further comprising the step of removing at least a portion of the medication through the medication port in the flexible tubular member. 19. The method of claim 16 further comprising the step of allowing the medication to collect above the expandable member. 20. The method of claim 19 further comprising the step of allowing the medication to collect above the expandable member for a period of 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
