A peritoneal dialysis system comprising: a plurality of automated peritoneal dialysis (“APD”) machines, each machine programmed to (i) store, simultaneously in non-volatile memory, a plurality of prescribed therapies for a same type of APD modality selected from continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis (“CCPD”) or tidal peritoneal dialysis, the therapies targeting different amounts of ultrafiltration (“UF”) to be removed, the different amounts of UF requiring use of a plurality of different dialysates, and (ii) perform, from the plurality of prescribed therapies, one of the prescribed therapies selected by a patient for a given treatment; anda remote server computer in communication with the APD machines, the APD machines programmed to inform the remote server computer of how much of each of the different dialysates is consumed over a first APD supply delivery period in which at least one of the patient-selected prescribed therapies is performed multiple times, the remote server computer configured to use the dialysate amounts consumed and the stored plurality of prescribed therapies to determine a plurality of APD supplies to be delivered for the plurality of APD machines for a second APD supply delivery period, wherein the plurality of APD supplies includes the different dialysates and at least one additional supply selected from the group consisting of: a disposable pumping set, a clamp, a connector, and a dialysate component container. 2. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 1, wherein the APD machines are each configured to read an identifier placed on a packaging of the dialysate. 3. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 2, wherein the identifier is of a type selected from the group consisting of: (i) a radio frequency identification tag; and (ii) a barcode. 4. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 1, wherein the server computer is programmed to store, for each APD machine, a prescribed total amount of dialysate, including each of the plurality of different dialysates that is to be left with the patient at the start of the first and second APD supply delivery periods. 5. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 4, wherein the server computer is programmed to determine the APD supply delivery amounts for each machine by subtracting an expected leftover amount for the dialysate not used by the patient by the end of the first APD supply delivery period from the respective prescribed total amount. 6. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 4, wherein the prescribed total amounts for at least two APD machines are different. 7. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 4, wherein the remote server computer for at least one of the APD machines is further configured to calculate a leftover amount of dialysate for the second APD supply delivery period by subtracting an adjusted consumed amount of dialysate from the prescribed total amount for the first APD supply delivery period. 8. The peritoneal dialysis system of 7, which includes a personal digital assistant (“PDA”), wherein the adjusted consumed amount of dialysate is communicated by a delivery person for the at least one APD machine via the PDA to the server computer. 9. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 7, wherein the at least one APD machine is configured to communicate the adjusted consumed amount of dialysate to the server computer. 10. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 4, wherein the plurality of prescribed therapies include (i) a plurality of standard ultrafiltration (“UF”) prescription therapies targeting a first amount of UF removed, (ii) at least one high UF prescription therapy targeting a second amount of UF removed greater than the first amount of UF removed, and (iii) at least one low UF prescription therapy targeting a third amount of UF removed less than the first amount of UF removed. 11. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 1, wherein the remote server computer is further configured to compensate for a difference between an expected leftover amount of dialysate and an actual leftover amount of dialysate at the beginning of the second APD supply delivery period to ensure that a prescribed total amount of dialysate exists. 12. The peritoneal dialysis system of claim 1, wherein the APD supply delivery period is monthly. 13. A dialysis system comprising: a plurality of dialysis machines, each machine programmed to (i) store, simultaneously in non-volatile memory, a plurality of prescribed therapies for a same type of APD modality selected from continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis (“CCPD”) or tidal peritoneal dialysis, the therapies targeting different amounts of ultrafiltration (“UF”) to be removed, the different amounts of UF requiring use of a plurality of different dialysates, and (ii) perform, from the plurality of prescribed therapies, one of the prescribed therapies selected by a patient for a given treatment; anda remote server computer in communication with the dialysis machines, the dialysis machines programmed to inform the remote server computer of a parameter indicating how much of each of the plurality of different dialysates is consumed over a first dialysis supply delivery period in which at least one of the patient-selected prescribed therapies is performed multiple times, the remote server computer configured to use the parameter and the stored plurality of prescribed therapies to determine at least one dialysis supply to be delivered for the plurality of dialysis machines for a second dialysis supply delivery period, wherein the at least one dialysis supply includes each of the plurality of different dialysates and at least one of a disposable pumping component or a dialysate component container. 14. The dialysis system of claim 13, wherein the parameter includes a number of dialysate component containers used. 15. The dialysis system of claim 13, wherein the dialysis supply is a peritoneal dialysis supply. 16. A dialysis system comprising: a dialysis machine programmed to (i) store, simultaneously in non-volatile memory, a plurality of prescribed therapies for a same type of APD modality selected from continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis (“CCPD”) or tidal peritoneal dialysis, the therapies targeting different amounts of ultrafiltration (“UF”) to be removed, the different amounts of UF requiring use of a plurality of different dialysates, and (ii) perform, from the plurality of prescribed therapies, one of the prescribed therapies selected by a patient for a given treatment; anda remote server computer in communication with the dialysis machine, the dialysis machine programmed to inform the remote server computer of a parameter indicating how much dialysate is consumed over a first dialysis supply delivery period in which at least one of the patient-selected prescribed therapies is performed multiple times, the remote server computer configured to use the parameter and the stored plurality of prescribed therapies to determine at least one dialysis supply to be delivered for the dialysis machine for a second dialysis supply delivery period, wherein the at least one dialysis supply includes the different dialysates and at least one of a disposable pumping component or a dialysate component container. 17. The dialysis system of claim 16, wherein the parameter includes a number of dialysate component containers used. 18. The dialysis system of claim 16, wherein the dialysis supply is a peritoneal dialysis supply. 19. A dialysis system comprising: a plurality of dialysis supplies including a plurality of different dialysates; a plurality of dialysis machines, each dialysis machine programmed to (i) store, simultaneously in non-volatile memory, a plurality of prescribed dialysis therapies for a same type of APD modality selected from continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis (“CCPD”) or tidal peritoneal dialysis, the therapies targeting different amounts of ultrafiltration (“UF”) to be removed, the different amounts of UF requiring use of the plurality of different dialysates, and (ii) for a given treatment perform, from the plurality of prescribed therapies, one of the prescribed therapies selected by a patient using the dialysis supplies; anda server computer in communication with the dialysis machines, each dialysis machine programmed to inform the server computer of an amount of the dialysis supplies, including the different dialysates, consumed during the plurality of patient-selected dialysis therapies performed by the dialysis machine in a first supply delivery period, the server computer configured to determine, from the amount of the dialysis supplies consumed in the first supply delivery period and the stored plurality of prescribed therapies, a supply delivery amount, including the different dialysates, for a second supply delivery period. 20. The dialysis system of claim 19, wherein the plurality of dialysis supplies additionally includes at least one of a disposable pumping component or a dialysate component container. 21. The dialysis system of claim 19, wherein the dialysis supplies are peritoneal dialysis supplies.
