The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the radiation blocking film comprises an aluminum thin film. 3. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein a thickness of the radiation blocking film is 0.05˜0.30 mm. 4. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of radiation blocking films are provided in the vacuum space and are spaced apart a distance from each other and from the inner case and the outer case. 5. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising: a first support plate provided at a surface of the inner case that faces the outer case; anda second support plate provided at a surface of the outer case that faces the first support plate,wherein the plurality of spacers are fixed to at least one of the first support plate and the second support plate. 6. The refrigerator according to claim 5, wherein the one or more distance keeping members are positioned at the one or more of the plurality of spacers to maintain a distance between the first support plate and the radiation blocking film and a distance between the radiation blocking film and the second support plate. 7. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein each of the one or more distance keeping members has a predetermined height and is provided at an outer circumference of the one or more of the plurality of spacers. 8. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the one or more distance keeping members are connected with each other by a connection rib to define a set of distance keeping members. 9. The refrigerator according to claim 8, wherein two radiation blocking films are provided, and the one or more distance keeping members are arranged between the two radiation blocking films. 10. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein at least one of the one or more distance keeping members comprises an inclined inner surface, and each of the one or more distance keeping members is coupled to an outer circumferential surface of each of the one or more spacers, respectively. 11. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the one or more distance keeping members are inclined to reduce a contact area with at least one of the first support plate and the second support plate. 12. The refrigerator according to claim 5, wherein at least one of the first support plate and the second support plate comprises a plurality of holes defining empty spaces between adjacent spacers. 13. The refrigerator according to claim 12, wherein a reinforcing rib is provided in a hole to connect the plurality of spacers with each other. 14. A refrigerator comprising: an inner case that defines a storage space;an outer case spaced apart a distance from the inner case, the outer case and the inner case defining, between the outer case and the inner case, a vacuum space that is maintained at a partial vacuum pressure and that is configured to insulate the inner case from the outer case;a plurality of spacers that are spaced apart from each other and that maintain the vacuum space between the inner case and the outer case;a first radiation blocking film provided in the vacuum space and spaced apart from the inner case and the outer case, the first radiation blocking film comprising a first set of one or more through-holes;a second radiation blocking film provided in the vacuum space and spaced apart from the inner case and the outer case, the second radiation blocking film comprising a second set of one or more through-holes; andone or more distance keeping members that are provided between the first radiation blocking film and the second radiation blocking film and that maintain the first radiation blocking film and the second radiation blocking film spaced apart a distance from each other,wherein each of the one or more distance keeping members: (i) has an outer circumference larger than a circumference of a corresponding through-hole of the first set of one or more through-holes and a corresponding through-hole of the second set of one or more through holes, and (ii) supports the first radiation blocking film and the second radiation blocking film by two end surfaces of the distance keeping member, respectively. 15. The refrigerator according to claim 14, wherein the one or more distance keeping members support the first radiation blocking film and the second radiation blocking film and maintain the first radiation blocking film and the second radiation blocking film spaced apart from the inner case and the outer case. 16. The refrigerator according to claim 14, wherein the distance keeping member is coupled to the plurality of spacers. 17. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the one or more through-holes provide the plurality of spacers one or more passages through the radiation blocking film, and prevent passage of the one or more distance keeping members through the radiation blocking film. 18. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the one or more distance keeping members encircle a subset of the plurality of spacers, the subset including fewer spacers than a total number of the plurality of spacers.
