The system of claim 2, wherein the second user can enter a rating selection for one or more of the media resources of the play-list selected to be sent by the first user. 4. The system of claim 2, wherein the first playback interface further comprises a streaming media clips rating system that receives a rating when the first user enters a rating selection by using one or more of an icon or display feature of the first playback interface, and signals, via the Internet, the rating to the rating component and the play-list selected to be sent by the first user contains identifiers to one or more media resources rated by the first user. 5. The system of claim 2, wherein the organizational data structure describes unique rating information for one or more media resources for at least each user that has rated the media resources. 6. The system of claim 2, wherein the playlist identifier is one of a URL (Uniform Resource Locator), a URL link, a URI (Uniform Resource Identifier), a playlist, or a playlist name. 7. The system of claim 2, wherein the messaging component allows the first user to send a message that allows a plurality of users using a plurality of internet enabled multimedia computing platforms to playback the play-list. 8. The system of claim 2, wherein the message is transmitted from the first user to the second user using coding executed within one or more of the first client application and the second client application. 9. The system of claim 2, wherein the message contains an identifier that is packaged with arguments or other coding. 10. The system of claim 9, wherein the arguments or other coding identify a play-list, a specific media resource, or a search request or criteria used by the first user. 11. The system of claim 2, wherein the message is an email message or an instant message. 12. The system of claim 2, wherein the playlist selected to be sent by the first user is one of a user-defined playlist, a predetermined playlist, or a generated playlist. 13.
