A computer-implemented system comprising: one or more computer readable memory comprising one or more computer executable instructions;at least one computer processor operatively connected to the one or more computer readable memory, the at least one computer processor configured to execute the one or more computer executable instructions to effectuate operations including, but not limited to, measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application;determining a modification in the at least one digital health application at least partly based on the at least one health parameter measured in association with implementation of the at least one digital health application to provide at least one modified digital health application;modifying at least one aspect of at least one output of the at least one digital health application at least partly in response to determining the modification in the at least one digital health application at least partly based on the at least one health parameter; andoutputting at least one indication to take at least one medication to treat the at least one medical issue of the individual. 3. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the system is incorporated on any one or more of the following: mobile device, smartphone device, server, laptop computer, notebook computer, personal digital assistant, or music player. 4. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: detecting at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application. 5. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: monitoring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application. 6. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring in real-time or near-real-time at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application. 7. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one of the following health parameters of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application: symptom, physical attribute, physical symptom, physical impairment, physical disability, physical diagnosis, mental symptom, mental attribute, or mental impairment. 8. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one of the following health parameters of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application: cognition, acuity, mood, addiction, illicit substance use, consumption, appetite, anxiety, pain, sweating, dizziness, lightheadedness, abnormal respiration, headache, fatigue, nausea, fever, abnormal heart rhythm, motor weakness, or abnormal heart rate. 9. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one of the following health parameters of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application: pain, cognition, acuity, mood, addiction, illicit substance use, consumption, appetite, anxiety, brain activity, cardiac activity, vascular activity, or peripheral neural signals. 10. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one health parameter associated with one or more of the following disorders of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application: mood disorder, anxiety, psychotic, eating, development, phobia, communication, social, personality, panic, bipolar, depression, schizophrenia, autism, sleep, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attentional disorder, appearance, behavior, fear, or psychological. 11. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one of the following health parameters of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application: geographic location, physiological activity, neurophysiological activity, compliance, voice response, reaction, physical activity, body weight, body mass index, heart rate, blood oxygen level, blood pressure, iris dilation, gaze tracking, skin response, eye movement, pupil, face pattern, body movement, usage history, hearing, visual field, facial pattern, or participation. 12. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one of the following types of digital health applications: interactive experience, social networking application, virtual, virtual world, social networking website, social networking tool, computer game, online game, educational experience, networked game, website, course, visual stimulus, or auditory stimulus. 13. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of determining a modification in the at least one digital health application at least partly based on the at least one health parameter measured in association with implementation of the at least one digital health application to provide at least one modified digital health application comprises: determining at least one of the following types of modifications in the at least one digital health application at least partly based on the at least one health parameter measured in association with implementation of the at least one digital health application to provide at least one modified digital health application: restricting access, granting access, altering a visual object, altering a color scheme, modifying text, altering sound, altering music, altering voice, or altering ambient noise. 14. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, further comprising: outputting to a user interface at least one indication to implement the at least one modified digital health application. 15. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, further comprising: outputting at a staggered time relative to the at least one indication to take the at least one medication at least one indication to implement the at least one modified digital health application. 16. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, further comprising: outputting at a specified time relative to the at least one indication to take the at least one medication at least one indication to implement the at least one modified digital health application, the at least one specified time corresponding to a level of effectiveness of the at least one medication. 17. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of outputting at least one indication to take at least one medication comprises: outputting at least one indication to take at least one of the following types of medications: antidepressant, addiction, anxiolytic medication, pain medication, behavior modifying medication, weight adjustment drug, anti-Alzheimer's medication, anti-stroke medication, memory supplement, anti-oxidant, cancer preventative, weight adjustment agent, mood-changing agent, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical. 18. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one of the following parameters of an individual in association with implementation of at least one virtual physical therapy application to determine at least one effect of at least one pain medication on the individual: frequency of use, duration of use, range of motion, or facial expression,wherein the determining a modification in the at least one digital health application at least partly based on the at least one health parameter measured in association with implementation of the at least one digital health application to provide at least one modified digital health application includes, but is not limited to, determining a modification in the at least one virtual physical therapy application at least partly based on at least one determined effect of the at least one pain medication on the individual. 19. The computer-implemented system of claim 2, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with implementation of at least one digital health application comprises: measuring at least one of the following parameters of an individual in association with implementation of at least one computer game to determine at least one effect of at least one anti-anxiety medication on the individual: response time, reduced response time, activity, or amount of activity,wherein the determining a modification in the at least one digital health application at least partly based on the at least one health parameter measured in association with implementation of the at least one digital health application to provide at least one modified digital health application includes, but is not limited to, determining a modification in the computer game at least partly based on at least one determined effect of the at least one anti-anxiety medication on the individual. 21. The computer-implemented system of claim 24, wherein the operation of measuring at least one health parameter of an individual in association with administration of at least one medication comprises: measuring at least one health parameter associated with one or more of the following disorders of an individual in association with administration of at least one medication: pain, addiction, mood disorder, anxiety, psychotic, eating, development, phobia, communication, social, personality, panic, bipolar, depression, schizophrenia, autism, sleep, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attentional disorder, appearance, behavior, fear, or psychological. 26. A computer process for controlling a device that includes at least a user interface, at least one wireless communication unit, one or more computer readable memory including one or more computer-executable instructions, and at least one processor component operatively coupled to the one or more computer readable memory, the computer process including operations comprising: outputting via the device associated with an individual at least one indication to administer at least one medication in coordination with implementation of at least one digital health application;obtaining one or more measured effects on the individual before, during, or after implementation of the at least one digital health application;detecting use of the at least one medication by the individual based on the one or more measured effects on the individual before, during, or after implementation of the at least one digital health application; andreporting for review by one or more health care providers compliance data demonstrating adherence to a physician prescription of the at least one medication based at least partly on detected use of the at least one medication from the one or more measured effects. 29. A computer process for controlling a device that includes at least a user interface, at least one wireless communication unit, one or more computer readable memory including one or more computer-executable instructions, and at least one processor component operatively coupled to the one or more computer readable memory, the computer process including operations comprising: obtaining at least one measurement of at least one health parameter of an individual;selecting at least some digital content at least partly based on the at least one measurement of the at least one health parameter;monitoring the at least one health parameter of the individual at least partly in response to implementation of the at least some digital content; andoutputting at least one indication to take at least one medication.
