Provided is a system and method for aiming an image capturing mobile data processing system, performing a shoot action (e.g. shooting a picture), and subsequently processing a virtual vector determined between the image capturing mobile data processing system and a particular user carried mobile data processing system subject of the aim. Aiming information may include location information, directional and posture information, distance information, target size, and/or other shooting data to further qualify the shoot action. Permissions and configurations can govern data pulled or pushed. Wave forms which are not controllably aimed by nature can be accurately aimed.

A method comprising: maintaining a centralized collection of user configured alert data, the alert data for notifying a user of a particular user carried mobile data processing system that the particular user carried mobile data processing system was feasibly targeted by an aim of an image capturing mobile data processing system at a time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures image data;determining vector data describing the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system at the time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures the image data, the vector data including: a vector origin describing a physical location of the image capturing mobile data processing system, andvector directional data describing the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system;determining with the vector data the particular user carried mobile data processing system was feasibly targeted by the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system at the time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures the image data;searching the centralized collection for a matching alert configuration using at least one of: an identifier associated with the image capturing mobile data processing system, oran identifier associated with the particular user carried mobile data processing system;determining with the searching the matching alert configuration;accessing notification content in accordance with the matching alert configuration, the notification content for notifying the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system that the particular user carried mobile data processing system was feasibly targeted by the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system at the time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures the image data; andcommunicating the notification content for the notifying the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system that the particular user carried mobile data processing system was feasibly targeted by the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system at the time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures the image data. 2. The method of claim 1 wherein the determining the particular user carried mobile data processing system was feasibly targeted by the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system at the time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures the image data includes detecting sound. 3. The method of claim 1 wherein the determining the particular user carried mobile data processing system was feasibly targeted by the aim of the image capturing mobile data processing system at the time the image capturing mobile data processing system captures the image data includes determining an identity for the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system. 4. The method of claim 3 wherein the communicating the notification content for the notifying the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system includes causing at least one of: an audible sound that can be heard,a visible indication that can be seen,a message,an email,a data packet, ora data packet causing a required user interface action. 5. The method of claim 1 wherein the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system is a user permitted to be a recipient of the notification content in accordance with determining a privilege configured for the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system. 6. The method of claim 5 wherein the communicating the notification content for the notifying the user of the particular user carried mobile data processing system includes causing at least one of: an audible sound that can be heard,a visible indication that can be seen,a message,an email,a data packet, ora data packet causing a required user interface action. 7. The method of claim 1 wherein the notifying the user includes notifying a group of users. 8. The method of claim 1 wherein the searching the centralized collection for the matching alert configuration includes evaluating at least one location based condition. 9. The method of claim 8 wherein the at least one location based condition is specified using at least one of: waymark information,a number of occurrences,a detected location,an identified data processing system detected at a location,a configured distance to a particular location, ora detected proximity to a plurality of data processing systems. 10. The method of claim 1 wherein the searching the centralized collection for the matching alert configuration includes evaluating a time condition. 11. The method of claim 1 wherein the searching uses a second identifier determined from cross application addressing to translate a first identifier to the second identifier. 12. The method of claim 1 wherein the image capturing mobile data processing system performs frame analysis to analyze information captured in an image frame. 13. The method of claim 12 wherein the frame analysis to analyze information captured in the image frame includes determining at least one of: a string of characters,a serial number,a barcode,a license plate,a graphic symbol,a textual symbol,visually perceptible identification,a color,a shape,a marking,a label,a tag,host mounting,a landscape marking,a parking lot line,an environmental object,an environmental place,an object,optical character recognition,pictorial data,an address,a building,a landmark,an angle,an appearance feature,shading information,a time,a unique color combination,a unique color contrast,geometric description,raster description,a location, ora dimension. 14. The method of claim 1 wherein the image capturing mobile data processing system captures an image frame without a user of the image capturing mobile data processing system manually capturing the image frame. 15. The method of claim 14 wherein the image capturing mobile data processing system performs frame analysis to analyze information captured in the image frame. 16. The method of claim 15 wherein the frame analysis to analyze information captured in the image frame includes determining at least one of: a string of characters,a serial number,a barcode,a license plate,a graphic symbol,a textual symbol,visually perceptible identification,a color,a shape,a marking,a label,a tag,host mounting,a landscape marking,a parking lot line,an environmental object,an environmental place,an object,optical character recognition,pictorial data,an address,a building,a landmark,an angle,an appearance feature,shading information,a time,a unique color combination,a unique color contrast,geometric description,raster description,a location, ora dimension. 17. The method of claim 1 wherein the vector data is clarified with at least one of: a distance from the physical location of the image capturing mobile data processing system to at least one feasible remote physical location,Electronic Distance Measurement information,a range, ora target size. 18. The method of claim 1 wherein the centralized collection includes at least one of: a specified location of the image capturing mobile data processing system,a specified location of the particular user carried mobile data processing system,a specified time associated with the image capturing mobile data processing system,a specified time associated with the particular user carried mobile data processing system,a specified application data field of the image capturing mobile data processing system,a specified application data field of the particular user carried mobile data processing system,a specified application data field of a third user carried mobile data processing system in a network expanse including the image capturing mobile data processing system, ora specified application data field of a third user carried mobile data processing system in a network expanse including the particular user carried mobile data processing system. 19. The method of claim 1 wherein the particular user carried mobile data processing system receives additional data from the image capturing mobile data processing system, the additional data including
