The multifunction workstation of claim 2 wherein the plurality of functional components comprise at least one of a flat surface, a bobbin holder, a closable compartment, a shallow pan, a feather holder, a slot for inserting a tool, or a waste receptacle. 4. The multifunction workstation of claim 1 wherein the plurality of attachment points are located on at least one of the base, the center rod, or any one of the plurality of shelves. 5. The multifunction workstation of claim 4 wherein a plurality of tools can be attached. 6. The multifunction workstation of claim 5 wherein the plurality of tools includes at least one of magnifying glass, a light source, a vice, or a spindle. 7.
