A method of claim 15, the method comprising: positioning at least a portion of the first member within a yet another recessed region and the recessed region defined by the second member while the first member is secured to the second member utilizing the spin welding technique, the interior surface of the second member defining the yet another recessed region, the yet another recessed region having a third width, and the third width being greater than the first width, the recessed region being disposed intermediate the yet another recessed region and the another recessed region.
