The electronic eyeglass of claim 1, wherein said display portion is disposed adjacent to an upper part of the lens rim portion. 3. The electronic eyeglass of claim 1, wherein said microphone is a speech command recognizing microphone, said speech command recognizing microphone causing activation of at least one of said multiple components by a speech command. 4. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a wireless device contained in said frame for communicating with a remote source. 5. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a transceiver device contained in said frame and a computing device having an electronic connection with said frame. 6. The electronic eyeglasses of a claim 5, wherein said electronic connection includes a wireless connection. 7. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 5, wherein said computing device includes a cellular phone. 8. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a global positioning system configured to identify the location of the user. 9. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, wherein said frame is a pair of goggles. 10. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, wherein said frame is an eyeglass frame. 11. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, wherein one of said multiple components is a wireless receiver, said wireless receiver is configured to receive at least one message from a remote source. 12. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 11, wherein said display portion receives at least one message from said wireless receiver. 13. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a remote cellular telephone device having a wireless connection with said frame. 14. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 11, wherein said display portion includes a foldable display for unfolding upon receiving a message from said wireless receiver. 15. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a memory. 16. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 3, wherein said speech command recognizing microphone is a specific word recognition device, said specific word recognizing device causing activation of at least one of said multiple components by a specific word command of a user. 17. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a receiver device contained in said frame, said receiver device receives a signal from a remote source, said received signal includes at least one image, and a transmitter device contained in said frame, said transmitter device transmits a signal to a remote device, said transmitted signal including at least one image. 18. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 1, further comprising a sensor contained in said frame for sensing movement. 19. An electronic eyeglasses system comprising: an eyewear assembly including a frame and a detachable electronics package, said detachable electronics package including multiple components,said detachable electronics package including a housing,said frame including a lens having a component mounted on the lens, said detachable electronics package being removably connected to the component,said housing including a wireless transceiver, said wireless transceiver, which is included in said housing, being configured to receive at least one message from a remote source, said at least one message being at least one of an image and sound,said frame including at least one lens rim portion,said housing including only one display, said only one display, which is included in said housing, being configured to display said at least one message received by said wireless transceiver,said housing including a global positioning system, said global positioning system, which is included in said housing, being configured to transmit a location to identify the location of the user,said housing including a camera, said camera, which is included in said housing, capturing at least one of a still image and a video image,said wireless transceiver, which is included in said housing, being configured to remotely transmit data,said housing including a processor, said processor, which is included in said housing, controlling at least one of said multiple components in said detachable electronics package,said housing including a memory, said memory, which is included in said housing, being configured to store data, anda cellular telephone having a wireless connection with said detachable electronics package. 20. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 19, wherein said frame includes goggles. 21. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 19, wherein said frame is an eyeglass frame. 22. An electronic eyeglasses system comprising: an eyewear assembly including a frame and a detachable electronics package, said detachable electronics package including multiple components,said detachable electronics package including a housing,said detachable electronics package being removably connected to said frame,said housing including a wireless transceiver, said wireless transceiver, which is included in said housing, being configured to receive at least one message from a remote source, said at least one message being at least one of image and sound,said frame including at least one lens rim portion,said housing including only one display, said only one display, which is included in said housing, being configured to display an image to a user wearing said frame on said only one display, said only one display being configured to display said at least one message received by said wireless transceiver,said housing including a global positioning system, said global positioning system, which is included in said housing, being configured to identify a location of said user,said wireless transceiver, which is included in said housing, being configured to transmit data to a remote source, said data being transmitted including said location of said user,said housing including a processor, said processor, which is included in said housing, controlling at least one of said multiple components in said detachable electronics package,said housing including a memory, said memory, which is included in said housing, being configured to store data, anda cellular telephone having a wireless connection with said detachable electronics package. 24. The electronic eyeglasses system of claim 23, further comprising a remote control, said remote control controls at least one of the multiple components included in the detachable electronics package. 25. The electronic eyeglasses system of claim 23, further comprising a camera contained in said frame, said camera capturing at least one image. 26. The electronic eyeglasses system of claim 23, wherein at least one of said two temples houses said multiple components, said at least one of said two temples having at least three distinct portions, including a terminal end portion at a free end of the temple, a front portion terminating adjacent to said lens rim portion, and a mid-portion located between said terminal end portion and said front portion, said mid-portion having a smallest volume of said temple portions. 27. The electronic eyeglasses of claim 23, wherein said frame includes goggles. 28. The electronic eyeglasses of claim , wherein said frame is an eyeglass frame.
