The frame includes a rear frame part and a middle frame part. The rear frame part includes a height allowing a user to walk over the rear frame part and take place on the sitting assembly. The middle frame part includes a width allowing a user to place his or her legs on either side of the middle frame part. The sitting assembly suitably includes a hinge with a saddle pad for a transition between a first state and a second state.

Walker device according to claim 1, wherein the fore frame part comprises a first and a second frame element, wherein the first frame element extends from the middle frame part towards a left front wheel, and wherein the second frame element extends from the rear middle frame part towards a right front wheel. 4. Walker device according to claim 1, wherein the overarching frame, when viewed in a perpendicular top view, includes or encloses a substantially triangular shape, wherein its width relatively increases from the first rear wheel to the at least two front wheels. 5. Walker device according to claim 1, wherein the fore frame part is connected with the at least two front wheels via a transversal rod which extends between the at least two front wheels. 6. Walker device according to claim 1, further comprising a support element at the front side, grippable by a user with his or her hands. 7. Walker device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the support element extends from the overarching top and comprises a steering bar. 8. Walker device according to claim 6, wherein the support element comprises a substantially horizontal steering bar mounted on a substantially vertical swivel steering mechanisms suitable to actuate the at least two transversal arranged front wheels. 9. Walker device according to claim 1, wherein the middle part comprises a hinge for folding the frame. 10. Walker device according to claim 1, wherein a saddle pad of the sitting assembly is at a height substantially equal to or lower than the overarching top. 11. Walker device according to claim 1, wherein the saddle pin extends at least largely perpendicular from the overarching frame. 12. Walker device according to claim 1, wherein the sitting assembly is provided with a saddle coupled to a hinging unit configured to bring the saddle from a first state to a second state, wherein, in the first state, a user may get onto the vehicle and above the saddle, and wherein, in the second state, the saddle pad is locked and in a position to support the user. 13. Walker device according to claim 12, wherein the saddle comprises two saddle pads, suitable for supporting a buttocks of the user, and wherein upon transition from the first state to the second state, each of the two saddle pads is brought from an orientation, in which the two saddle pads hang down, to a substantially horizontal orientation. 14. Walker device according to claim 5, wherein the transversal rod is a horizontal rod. 15. Walker device according to claim 14, wherein the overarching frame further comprises supporting connector elements between the transversal rod and the fore frame part. 16. Walker device comprising: an overarching frame including an overarching top; anda sitting assembly coupled to said overarching frame, the overarching frame extending at least primarily in a first direction between a front side including at least two front wheels and a rear side including a first rear wheel, the overarching frame including, when viewed along a first direction, a fore frame part located before said overarching top,a middle frame part located between said overarching top and the sitting assembly, anda rear frame part located behind the sitting assembly to which the rear wheel is connected,wherein the rear frame part includes a height allowing a user to walk over the rear frame part and sit on the sitting assembly,wherein the middle frame part includes a width allowing a user to place his or her legs on either side of the middle frame part, andwherein the sitting assembly is coupled to the overarching frame with a saddle pin, which extends backwards in space. 17. Walker device according to claim 16, wherein the fore frame part has a width larger than the middle frame part.
