The measuring and dispensing device as in claim 1 further comprising rib members projecting inwardly into the reservoir defined by the container and lid, the ribs causing breakup of clumps that may be formed within the flowable material. 8. The measuring and dispensing device as in claim 7 wherein the ribs are formed on an inside surface of the lid. 9. The measuring and dispensing device as in claim 8 wherein the ribs are formed on an inside surface of the bottom wall of the container. 10.
