The method of claim 3, wherein the multi-tier computing ecosystem comprises the service tier, a personalization tier, and an enabling tier. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein accessing the updated widget comprises accessing a mobile-device resident copy of the updated widget via an enabling tier of a multi-tier computing ecosystem. 6. The method of claim 5, wherein the multi-tier computing ecosystem comprises the service tier, a personalization tier, and an enabling tier.
