The fan rotor as recited in claim 2, wherein each of the surfaces defined by Table B-1, Table B-2, and Table T-1 are adjusted by a manufacturing tolerance. 4. The fan rotor as recited in claim 3, wherein the manufacturing tolerance is plus or minus 0.030 inches (0.76 mm). 5. The fan rotor as recited in claim 2, wherein the desired factor for scaling is equal to or greater than 1. 6. The fan rotor as recited in claim 2, wherein the desired factor for scaling is less than claim 1. 7. The fan rotor as recited in claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of fan blades include a substantially uniform width between the left and right surfaces. 8.
