The system of claim 12, further comprising: a support brace oriented between the arm and the spine, such that a first end of the support brace flatly abuts the arm and a second end of the support brace flatly abuts the spine. 14. The system of claim 12, wherein the coupling mechanism is selected from the group consisting of: one or more adapters and pins, one or more eyehooks, and a fixture to support a speed bag platform. 15.
