A accessories system for a portable bar is provided, the kit comprises: at least one stool; at least one stool cover; at least one umbrella cover; and at least one bar wrap; said kit is designed to work with a portable bar and stool.

A portable bar with removable decorative components comprising: a flat vertical panel having a front side, a back side and opposing ends;at least two vertical support panels each having a front side and a back side, each support panel being connected to said opposing ends of said vertical panel;at least one elongated foot member situated under each of said support panels, said foot member having a front portion and a back portion, said front portion of said foot member sitting directly on the ground and having at least one hole;at least one foot stand having at least two rods, said rods being designed to fit into said hole of each respective said foot member, said foot stand having at least one aperture;a counter being connected to and supported by said flat vertical panel and said vertical support panels, said counter having at least one corner, said corner of said counter having at least one aperture;at least one horizontal shelf being situated on the back side of said flat vertical panel;an umbrella assembly comprising at least one canopy and at least one pole, said pole having opposing ends, said first end being connected to said canopy, said pole being designed to pass through said aperture of said corner of said counter, be situated on said front side of said flat vertical panel and said second end of said pole being situated within said aperture of said foot stand;at least one stool;at least one umbrella cover; andat least one bar wrap. 2. The portable bar of claim 1 wherein in said stool cover, said umbrella cover, and said bar wrap each have a common theme selected from a group comprising: sports, party themes, color patterns, geometric patterns, motor sports, advertising themes, locale images, personalized images and photos, travel themes and combinations thereof. 3. The portable bar of claim 1 wherein said stool cover, said umbrella cover, and said bar wrap are stored in a container, said container having a movable and sealable top, a bottom and sides forming a cavity for receiving said stool cover, said umbrella cover, and said bar wrap. 4. The portable bar of claim 3 wherein said stool cover has a top side and a bottom side, said top of side said stool cover has a visible design, said bottom side of said stool cover has an opening for receiving a seat of said stool. 5. The portable bar of claim 4 further comprising a stiff piece of disposable material, said disposable material is designed to fit within said opening of said stool cover in order for said stool cover to retain its shape in said container. 6. The portable bar of claim 3 wherein said umbrella cover is packed individually in a bag, said bag protects said umbrella cover in said container. 7. The portable bar of claim 3 wherein said bar wrap is packed individually in a bag, said bag protects said bar wrap in said container. 8. The portable bar of claim 1 further comprising at least two containers, a first container for holding said panels, said foot member and foot stand, said counter, said shelf, said umbrella assembly and said stool; a second container for holding said stool cover, said umbrella cover, and said bar wrap. 9. The portable bar of claim 1 wherein said umbrella cover is designed to go over said canopy of said umbrella assembly of said portable bar. 10. The portable bar of claim 1 wherein said bar wrap is designed to cover a portion of said front side of said flat vertical panel of said portable bar. 11. A kit for a portable bar and related accessories, said kit comprising at least two containers; a first container designed to hold a flat vertical panel having a front side; and a back side; at least two vertical support panels each having a front side, a back side and opposing panels, each support panel designed to be connected to said opposing ends of said flat vertical panel; at least one elongated foot member designed to be situated under each of said support panels, said foot member having a front portion and a back portion, said front portion of said foot member sitting directly on the ground and having at least one hole; at least one foot stand having at least two rods, said rods being designed to fit into said hole of each respective said foot member, said foot stand having at least one aperture; a counter designed to be connected to and supported by said flat vertical panel and said vertical support panels, said counter having at least one corner, said corner of said counter having at least one aperture; at least one horizontal shelf designed to be situated on the back side of said flat vertical panel; an umbrella assembly comprising at least one canopy and at least one pole, said pole having opposing ends, said first end designed to be connected to said canopy, said pole being designed to pass through said aperture of said counter, be situated on said front side of said flat vertical panel and said second end of said pole being situated within said aperture of said foot stand; and at least one stool; anda second container designed to hold said stool; at least one umbrella cover; and at least one bar wrap. 12. The kit of claim 11 wherein in said stool cover, said umbrella cover, and said bar wrap each have a common theme selected from a group comprising: sports, party themes, color patterns, geometric patterns, motor sports, advertising themes, locale images, personalized images and photos, travel themes and combinations thereof. 13. The kit of claim 11 wherein said stool cover has a top side and a bottom side, said top of side said stool cover has a visible design, said bottom side of said stool cover has an opening for receiving a seat of said stool. 14. The kit of claim 11 further comprising a stiff piece of disposable material, said disposable material is designed to fit within said opening of said stool cover in order for said stool cover to retain its shape in said container. 15. The portable bar of claim 11 wherein said umbrella cover is packed individually in a bag, said bag protects said umbrella cover in said container. 16. The portable bar of claim 11 wherein said bar wrap is packed individually in a bag, said bag protects said bar wrap in said container. 17. The portable bar of claim 11 wherein said umbrella cover is designed to go over said canopy of said umbrella assembly of said portable bar. 18. The portable bar of claim 11 wherein said bar wrap is designed to cover a portion of said front side of said vertical panel of said portable bar. 19. A portable bar system comprises: flat vertical panel having a front side, a back side and opposing ends; at least two linear vertical support panels each having a front side and a back side, each support panel being connected to said opposing ends of said linear vertical panel;at least one elongated foot member situated under each of said support panels, said foot member having a front portion and a back portion, said front portion of said foot member situated on the ground and having at least one hole;at least one foot stand having at least two rods, said rods being designed to fit into said hole of each respective said foot member, said foot stand having at least one aperture;a counter being connected to and supported by said linear vertical panel and said vertical support panels, said counter having at least one corner, said corner of said counter having at least one aperture;at least one horizontal shelf being situated on the back side of said vertical panel;an umbrella assembly comprising at least one canopy and at least one pole, said pole having opposing ends, said first end being connected to said canopy, said pole being designed to pass through said aperture of said counter, be situated on said front side of said linear vertical panel and said second end of said pole being situated within said aperture of said foot stand; andat least one stool.
