The expansion valve according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of burrs formed, due to the pressing, on side edges of the guide plate extending parallel to the axis of the main valve chamber are located at inner side, anda shear droop side formed, due to the pressing, on an edge of the disk portion at which the spot welding is applied, is located on the edge of the disk portion away from the flange portion. 4. The expansion valve according to claim 3, wherein only the side edges of the guide plate extending parallel to the axis of the main valve chamber are arranged in contact with an inner circumferential face of the valve housing, so that when the sub-valve moves in the direction of the axis of the main valve chamber, the guide plate contacts in a line contact fashion with the inner circumferential face of the valve housing. 5. The expansion valve according to claim 4, wherein the guide plate is formed into a flat-plate shape. 6. The expansion valve according to claim 4, wherein the guide plate is curved in a direction opposite to the inner circumferential face of the valve housing. 7. The expansion valve according to claim 3, wherein the guide plate is formed into a flat-plate shape. 8. The expansion valve according to claim 3, wherein the guide plate is curved in a direction opposite to the inner circumferential face of the valve housing. 9.
