The molding method of claim 2, wherein deforming said cap-molding intermediate into the push-up state comprises pushing said ringed protrusion of the upper die mold into the wetted surface of the non-contracted plug. 5. The molding method of claim 1, wherein after the leg part is molded, the plug is maintained in a non-contracted state by the molded leg part. 6.
