The system according to claim 8, wherein the body of the seal has an exterior surface, and the seal is deformable to pass through the hole in the bracket, and wherein the exterior surface of the body fits tightly within the hole of the bracket. 10. The system according to claim 8, wherein the first flange of the seal is in contact with the counterbore of the top surface of the bracket, and wherein the second flange of the seal is in contact with the counterbore of the bottom surface of the bracket. 11. The system of claim 8, wherein a thickness of the second flange is not greater than a depth of the counterbore of the bottom surface of the bracket. 12. The system of claim 8, wherein a thickness of the first flange is not less than a depth of the counterbore of the top surface of the bracket. 13. The system of claim 8, wherein a diameter of the counterbore of the top surface of the bracket is smaller than a diameter of the counterbore of the counterbore of the bottom surface of the bracket. 14.
