A modular frame and structure system, comprising: a framework comprising a roof structure and a plurality of wall structures coupled to and supporting the roof structure, the roof structure and the plurality of wall structures comprising: a plurality of elongated frame members; anda plurality of coupling members for coupling the elongated frame members;wherein each of the plurality of coupling members are configured to interconnect at least two of the plurality of elongate frame members to form the roof structure and the plurality of wall structures of the framework, a plurality of horizontally arranged and interconnected elongate frame members forming a bottom of the plurality of wall structures and defining a floor perimeter of the plurality of wall structures;a cover coupled to the framework and configured to provide a desired structure, the cover comprising: one or more wall panels positioned over and supported by the framework, the one or more wall panels having a first plurality of straps coupled to an inside surface thereof, the first plurality of straps configured to be coupled to the plurality of horizontally arranged and interconnected elongate frame members to couple the one or more wall panels to the plurality of horizontally arranged and interconnected elongate frame members;one or more roof panels coupled to the one or more wall panels and positioned over and supported by the roof structure; andone or more floor panels forming a floor surface, the one or more floor panels comprising a second plurality of straps coupled to a bottom surface of the one or more floor panels and proximate to the plurality of horizontally arranged and interconnected elongate frame members defining the floor perimeter, the second plurality of straps configured to be coupled to the plurality of horizontally arranged and interconnected elongate frame members, the one or more floor panels further comprising one or more upwardly extending flaps extending from proximate the second plurality of straps and overlapping and being removably coupled to an inside surface of the one or more wall framework panels. 2. The system of claim 1, wherein the coupling members comprise a first portion and a second portion that are connectible to one another by engaging a releasable connecting device in a connecting mode, and are separable from one another by disengaging the releasable connecting device in a release mode. 3. The system of claim 2, wherein the releasable connecting device comprises at least one of a threaded fastener and interlocking projections. 4. The system of claim 2, wherein the releasable connecting device comprises one or more removable sleeves that substantially surround at least a portion of the first and second portions of the coupling member. 5. The system of claim 1, further comprising one or more straps coupled to the wall panels and one or more straps coupled to the roof panels, the straps configured to couple the wall panels and roof panels to the elongated frame members. 6. The system of claim 1, wherein the wall panels comprise one or more windows having a first panel and a second panel, the first panel having a deployed position and a storage position and covering the second panel in the deployed position, the second panel having a mesh portion configured to allow air there through. 7. The system of claim 6, wherein the first panel is configured to roll into the storage position generally above the second panel, the first panel being secured by one or more straps in the storage position. 8. The system of claim 1, wherein the roof panels are substantially transparent and configured to admit sunlight and prevent heat escape via convection. 9. The system of claim 2, wherein the first and second portions of the coupling members mate with one another to form one or more sockets configured to receive the elongated frame members, and further comprising one or more collars configured to surround and reinforce the sockets having the elongated frame members therein. 10. A modular frame and structure system, comprising: a generally rectangular framework comprising a plurality of side wall frames, including a plurality of horizontal interconnected frame members defining a floor perimeter, and a pitched roof frame, the framework comprised of:a plurality of elongated frame members; anda plurality of coupling members for coupling the elongated frame members together, the plurality of coupling members comprising 2-point connectors, 3-point corner connectors, 3-point T connectors, 3-point roof connectors and 4-point roof connectors;wherein the 3-point corner connectors, 3-point T connectors and a first set of 2-point connectors are coupled together with associated elongate frame members of the plurality of elongated frame members to form the plurality of side walls frames; andwherein the 3-point roof connectors, 4-point roof connectors and a second set of 2-point connectors are coupled together with associated elongate frame members of the plurality of elongated frame members to form the pitched roof frame;a cover comprising a plurality of side walls and a roof coupled to an exterior of and supported by the framework;a floor comprising a floor surface portion extending between and coupled to the plurality of horizontal interconnected frame members, the floor further comprising a plurality of upwardly extending flaps each upwardly extending from the floor surface portion and being removably coupled to an inside surfaces of one or more of the plurality of side wall frames, the plurality of side walls at least partially overlapping the plurality of upwardly extending flaps. 11. The modular frame and structure system of claim 10, further comprising a plurality of lower flaps, each depending and laterally extending from a lower edge of a respective side wall, the lower flaps configured to be secured to a ground surface. 12. The modular frame and structure system of claim 10, wherein the framework is disposed on an interior surface of the fabric cover so that the framework is exposed to an interior of the cover. 13. The modular frame and structure system of claim 10, wherein each of the 3-point corner connectors, 3-point T connectors, 3-point roof connectors and 4-point roof connectors comprise a strut extending between two connection points for supporting other structures relative thereto. 14. The modular frame and structure system of claim 1, wherein the one or more wall panels comprise one or more outwardly and transversely extending flaps at a lower end thereof to be coupled to a surface upon which the modular frame and structure system is resting. 15. A shelter, comprising: a plurality of elongate frame members;a plurality of coupling members coupling the elongate frame members together to form an interior frame structure having a plurality of side walls and a pitched roof, the plurality of side walls comprising a plurality of interconnected rectangular frame sections with the bottom-most elongate frame members of each of the plurality of interconnected rectangular frame sections forming a floor perimeter frame;a fabric cover comprising a plurality of interconnected side walls and a roof coupled to an exterior of the interior frame structure and supported by the interior frame structure;a plurality of lower flaps, each coupled to and laterally and outwardly extending from a the floor perimeter frame, the plurality of lower flaps configured to be secured to a ground surface; anda fabric floor extending to and between the floor perimeter frame, the fabric floor comprising a plurality of straps on a bottom surface thereof configured to be removably coupled to the floor perimeter frame and further comprising a plurality of flaps that upwardly extend from proximate the floor perimeter frame and overlap and are removably coupled to an inside surface of the fabric cover to form a seal between the fabric floor and the fabric cover. 16. The shelter of claim 15, wherein the plurality of coupling members comprise 2-point connectors, 3-point corner connectors, 3-point T connectors, 3-point roof connectors and 4-point roof connectors. 17. The shelter of claim 16, wherein the 3-point corner connectors, 3-point T connectors and a first set of 2-point connectors are coupled together with associated elongate frame members of the plurality of elongated frame members to form the plurality of interconnected side walls. 18. The shelter of claim 17, wherein the 3-point roof connectors, 4-point roof connectors and a second set of 2-point connectors are coupled together with associated elongate frame members of the plurality of elongated frame members to form the roof. 19. The shelter of claim 16, wherein each of the 3-point corner connectors, 3-point T connectors, 3-point roof connectors and 4-point roof connectors comprise a strut extending between two connection points for supporting other structures relative thereto.
