1. A wheelchair comprising: a first wheel assembly comprising: a first exoskeleton plate;a first roller guide assembly, wherein the first roller guide assembly includes: a first roller guide; anda first shaft fixedly coupled with the first exoskeleton plate and coupled with the first roller guide such that the first roller guide rotates about the first shaft;a first centerless rim configured to have a shape that corresponds to a shape of the first roller guide, wherein the first roller guide is configured to roll along the first centerless rim as the first centerless rim rotates; anda third roller guide configured to operate as an anti-tipping mechanism;a second wheel assembly comprising: a second exoskeleton plate;a second roller guide assembly, wherein the second roller guide assembly includes: a second roller guide; anda second shaft fixedly coupled with the second exoskeleton plate and coupled with the second roller guide such that the second roller guide rotates about the second shaft;anda second centerless rim coupled with the second tire, the second centerless rim configured to have a shape that corresponds to a shape of the second roller guide, wherein the second roller guide is configured to roll along the second centerless rim as the second centerless rim rotates;a third wheel assembly; anda payload region. 2. The wheelchair of claim 1, further comprising a brake shoe coupled to the first exoskeleton plate and configured to selectively contact the first centerless rim to inhibit rotation of the first wheel assembly. 3. The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein a first drive mechanism and a second drive mechanism are operatively coupled to operate cooperatively. 4. The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein the first roller guide assembly is at a six o'clock position with respect to an inside face of the first wheel assembly and the second roller guide assembly is at a six o'clock position with respect to an inside face of the second wheel assembly. 5. The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein the first wheel assembly includes a planetary gear coupled to the first roller guide assembly to provide a motive force from a first drive mechanism to the first roller guide. 6. The wheelchair of claim 5, wherein the first drive mechanism includes a lever arm coupled to a ratchet mechanism coupled to the planetary gear, the ratchet mechanism configured to engage the lever arm with the planetary gear when rotated in a first direction to provide a motive force to the first roller guide assembly. 7. The wheelchair of claim 6, wherein the second wheel assembly includes a second planetary gear coupled to the second roller guide assembly to provide a motive force from a second drive mechanism to the second roller guide; andthe second drive mechanism includes a second lever arm coupled to a second ratchet mechanism coupled to the second planetary gear, the second ratchet mechanism configured to engage the second lever arm with the second planetary gear when rotated in the first direction to provide a motive force to the first roller guide assembly. 8. The wheelchair of claim 6, wherein the ratchet mechanism includes a selectable reverse feature that causes the ratcheting mechanism to operate in an opposite direction such that as the lever arm is pulled in a second direction, the first roller assembly is caused to rotate in an opposite direction. 9. The wheelchair of claim 6, wherein the first drive mechanism additionally includes a motor coupled to the first exoskeleton plate and includes a driven gear that couples to the planetary gear such that the motor is configured to cause the first roller guide to rotate. 10. The wheelchair of claim 1, further comprising: a first horizontal strut coupled to the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly and located at approximately a seven o'clock position with respect to an inside face of the first wheel assembly, and coupled to a footboard;a second horizontal strut coupled to the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly and located at approximately a four o'clock position with respect to the inside face of the first wheel assembly, and coupled to the third wheel assembly; anda third horizontal strut coupled to the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly and located at approximately a two o'clock position with respect to the inside face of the first wheel assembly, and having a seat mounted thereon. 11. The wheelchair of claim 1, further comprising: a first horizontal strut;a first lockable hinge coupled to the first wheel assembly and the first horizontal strut such that a camber angle of the first wheel assembly may be adjusted; anda second lockable hinge coupled to the second wheel assembly and the first horizontal strut such that a camber angle of the second wheel assembly may be adjusted. 12. The wheelchair of claim 11, further comprising a second telescoping horizontal strut coupled to the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly and offset from the first horizontal strut. 13. The wheelchair of claim 11, wherein the first and the second lockable hinges are configured to rotate the first and the second wheel assemblies approximately one hundred and twenty degrees. 14. The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein the third wheel assembly includes a caster wheel. 15. The wheelchair of claim 1, further comprising a fourth wheel assembly, and wherein the first and the second wheel assemblies are approximately the same size and the third and the fourth wheel assemblies are approximately the same size. 16. The wheelchair of claim 15, wherein the third and fourth wheel assemblies are disposed in front of the first and the second wheel assemblies. 17. The wheelchair of claim 15, wherein the third and fourth wheel assemblies are disposed in back of the first and the second wheel assemblies. 18. The wheelchair of claim 1, wherein the first wheel assembly further comprises: the third roller guide assembly shaped and positioned to roll along the first centerless rim; anda fourth roller guide assembly shaped and positioned to roll along the first centerless rim; anda fifth roller guide assembly shaped and positioned to limit movement of the first centerless rim to within a threshold operating region. 19.
