A system according to claim 3, in which: the pocket (5) has a rectangular cross-section;the rectangular cross-section has a pocket height (5H); andthe rectangular cross-section has a pocket width (5W). 5. A system according to claim 3, in which: the fork (19) has a fork cross section;the fork cross section has four outside corners, separated by: an outside fork height (19h), andan outside fork width (19w);the pocket height (5H) exceeds the outside fork height (19h) by a minimum of two inches; andthe pocket width (5W) exceeds the outside fork width (19w) by a minimum of two inches. 6.
