The battery pack of claim 1, wherein: the holder is configured of a side face case part surrounding four sides and made of a resin, and a metallic top plate and a metallic bottom plate fixed to a top part and a bottom part, respectively, of the side face case part, andthe top plate is fixed to a top face of the upper holding member and to the top face of the side face case part, thereby forming the first gas channel. 7. The battery pack of claim 1, wherein: each of the plurality of battery cells includes a tubular body, and an one-side terminal disposed on one end and an other-side terminal disposed on an other end of the body, andan insulating sheet is fitted around the body, and a metallic sleeve is fitted onto an outside of the insulating sheet. 8. The battery pack of claim 1, wherein a bottom portion of each of the top tubular portions is in contact with an upper portion of each of the bottom tubular portions.
