A method of manufacturing an agricultural sprayer boom section comprising: disposing a first support member adjacent to a second support member;applying an adhesive layer to at least one of a first lateral side of the first support member and a first side plate, and at least one of a first lateral side of the second support member and the first side plate;disposing the first side plate on the first lateral side of the first support member, and on the first lateral side of the second support member;curing the adhesive layer to couple the first support member to the second support member;applying a second adhesive layer to at least one of a second lateral side of the first support member and a second side plate, and at least one of a second lateral side of the second support member and the second side plate;disposing the second side plate on the second lateral side of the first support member, and on the second lateral side of the second support member; andcuring the second adhesive layer to couple the first support member to the second support member. 2. The method of claim 1, comprising securing the first side plate to the first and second support members using fasteners to hold the first side plate to the first and second support members at least while the adhesive layer cures. 3. The method of claim 2, comprising removing the fasteners upon completion of curing the adhesive layer. 4. The method of claim 1, comprising disposing a third support member adjacent to the first and second support members, applying an adhesive layer to at least one of a first lateral side of the third support member and the first side plate, and curing the adhesive layer to couple the third support member to the first and second support members. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer comprises an epoxy resin. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the first lateral side of the first support member is opposite the second lateral side of the first support member, and the first lateral side of the second support member is opposite the second lateral side of the second support member. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are substantially parallel to one another after curing the respective adhesive layers to couple the first support member to the second support member. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein the first support member and the second support member each extend from respective first longitudinal ends to respective second longitudinal ends, disposing the first side plate on the first lateral side of the first support member and on the first lateral side of the second support member comprises disposing the first side plate at the respective first longitudinal ends of the first support member and the second support member, and disposing the second side plate on the second lateral side of the first support member and on the second lateral side of the second support member comprises disposing the second side plate at the respective first longitudinal ends of the first support member and the second support member. 9. A method of manufacturing an agricultural sprayer boom section comprising: disposing a first support member having a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end adjacent to a second support member having a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end;disposing a third support member cross-wise to the first support member and to the second support member at the first longitudinal end of the first support member and at the first longitudinal end of the second support member;applying a first adhesive layer to a first flat side plate, or to a first lateral side of the first support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the first support member and to a first lateral side of the second support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the second support member and to a first lateral side of the third support member;disposing the first flat side plate on the first lateral side of the first support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the first support member and on the first lateral side of the second support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the second support member; andcuring the first adhesive layer to couple the first side plate, the first support member, the second support member, and the third support member to one another, wherein the first, second, and third support members extend along a common plane while coupled to one another. 10. The method of claim 9, comprising applying a second adhesive layer to a second flat side plate, or to a second lateral side of the first support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the first support member and to a second lateral side of the second support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the second support member. 11. The method of claim 10, comprising disposing the second flat side plate on the second lateral side of the first support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the first support member and on the second lateral side of the second support member proximate to the first longitudinal end of the second support member. 12. The method of claim 11, comprising curing the second adhesive layer to couple the second side plate, the first support member, and the second support member to one another. 13. The method of claim 12, wherein the first flat side plate and the second flat side plate are substantially parallel to one another while coupled to the first support member and to the second support member. 14. The method of claim 12, wherein the first longitudinal end of the first support member and the first longitudinal end of the second support member are coupled to one another only by the first flat side plate and the second flat side plate. 15. A boom section manufactured by a method comprising: disposing a first support member adjacent to a second support member;applying an adhesive layer to at least one of a first lateral side of the first support member and a first side plate, and at least one of a first lateral side of the second support member and the first side plate;disposing the first side plate on the first lateral side of the first support member, and on the first lateral side of the second support member;curing the adhesive layer to couple the first support member to the second support member;applying a second adhesive layer to at least one of a second lateral side of the first support member and a second side plate, and at least one of a second lateral side of the second support member and the second side plate;disposing the second side plate on the second lateral side of the first support member, and on the second lateral side of the second support member; andcuring the second adhesive layer to couple the first support member to the second support member. 16. The boom section of claim 15, comprising securing the first side plate to the first and second support members using fasteners to hold the side plate to the first and second support members at least while the adhesive layer cures. 17. The boom section of claim 15, comprising disposing a third support member adjacent to the first and second support members, applying an adhesive layer to at least one of a first lateral side of the third support member and the first side plate, and curing the adhesive layer to couple the third support member to the first and second support members. 18. The boom section of claim 15, wherein the adhesive layer comprises an epoxy resin. 19. The boom section of claim 15, wherein the first lateral side of the first support member is opposite the second lateral side of the first support member, and the first lateral side of the second support member is opposite the second lateral side of the second support member. 20. The boom section of claim 15, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are substantially parallel to one another after curing the respective adhesive layers to couple the first support member to the second support member.
