The casing bead control joint of claim 4, wherein the permanent gasket is a foam material. 6. The casing bead control joint of claim 3, further comprising a sealant, applied in the cavity. 7. The casing bead control joint of claim 1, wherein the strip width is sized to provide a gauge for proper spacing of the elongated flange from the casing. 8.
