A track assembly of a machine having a pair of parallel main tracks is provided. The pair of parallel main tracks is mounted to a chassis for supporting the machine on a ground surface. Each of the pair of parallel main tracks includes a first end portion and a second end portion coupled to the first end portion. The second end portion is proximate, with respect to the first end portion, to an earth moving tool coupled to a frame of the machine. The second end portion is adapted to pivot about the first end portion. The track assembly further includes an actuation system coupling the frame with the earth moving tool, such that a movement of the actuation system to operate the earth moving tool translates into a pivoting movement of the second end portion for moving the second end portion with respect to the ground surface.

1. A track assembly of a machine comprising: a pair of parallel main tracks, mounted to a chassis, for supporting the machine on a ground surface, each of the pair of parallel main tracks comprising; a first end portion, anda second end portion coupled to the first end portion, the second end portion being proximate, with respect to the first end portion, to an earth moving tool coupled to a frame of the machine, wherein the second end portion is adapted to pivot about the first end portion; andan actuation system coupling the frame with the earth moving tool, such that a movement of the actuation system to operate the earth moving tool translates into a pivoting movement of the second end portion for moving the second end portion with respect to the ground surface. 2. The track assembly of claim 1, further comprising a pair of connecting systems adapted to couple the pair of parallel main tracks with the actuation system. 3. The track assembly of claim 2, wherein a load acting on the second end portion is transferred to the earth moving tool through one of the pair of connecting systems, in response to the movement of the second end portion from the ground surface. 4. The track assembly of claim 2, wherein a load acting on the second end portion is transferred to the first end portion and the earth moving tool, in response to the movement of the second end portion from the ground surface. 5. The track assembly of claim 1, further comprising a bushing-type pivoting mechanism for coupling the second end portion to the first end portion. 6. The track assembly of claim 1, further comprising a bearing-type pivoting mechanism for coupling the second end portion to the first end portion. 7. A track assembly of a machine comprising: a pair of parallel main tracks, mounted to a chassis, for supporting the machine on a ground surface, each of the pair of parallel main tracks comprising: a first end portion;an intermediate portion having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is coupled to the first end portion; anda second end portion coupled to the second end of the intermediate portion, wherein the first end portion and the second end portion are adapted to pivot about the intermediate portion such that the first end portion and the second end portion move with respect to the ground surface, based on a proximity of the first end portion and the second end portion to an earth moving tool coupled to a frame of the machine. 8. The track assembly of claim 7, wherein one of the first end portion and the second end portion is coupled to an actuation system coupling the frame with the earth moving tool, such that a movement of the actuation system to operate the earth moving tool translates into a pivoting movement of one of the first end portion and the second end portion, respectively, for moving the second end portion with respect to the ground surface. 9. The track assembly of claim 8, further comprising a pair of connecting systems adapted to couple the pair of parallel main tracks with the actuation system. 10. The track assembly of claim 7, further comprising a pair of bushing-type pivoting mechanisms for coupling the intermediate portion with the first end portion and the second end portion. 11. The track assembly of claim 7, further comprising a pair of bearing-type pivoting mechanisms for coupling the intermediate portion with the first end portion and the second end portion. 12. A machine comprising: a frame;a tool, coupled to the frame, adapted to perform earth moving operations; anda track assembly, coupled to the frame, comprising: a primary track frame;a secondary track frame pivotably coupled to the primary track frame;an actuation system coupled to the secondary track frame and the tool, wherein the actuation system selectively actuates to pivot the secondary track frame with respect to the primary track frame; anda set of track shoes adapted to support the machine on a ground surface. 13. The machine of claim 12, wherein the actuation system is pivotably coupled to the tool. 14. The machine of claim 12, wherein the pivoting of the secondary track frame with respect to the primary track frame causes a portion of the track assembly to lose contact with the ground surface. 15. The machine of claim 12, further comprising a slippage control system in communication with the track assembly, the slippage control system comprising: a sensing unit adapted to detect a slippage of the set of track shoes; anda controller, in communication with the sensing unit, adapted to move the second end portion to be in contact with the ground surface, based on the slippage of the set of track shoes. 16. The machine of claim 12, wherein the track assembly further comprises a bushing-type pivoting mechanism for coupling the primary track frame to the secondary track frame. 17. The machine of claim 12, wherein the track assembly further comprises a bearing-type pivoting mechanism for coupling the primary track frame to the secondary track frame.
