The toilet system of claim 1, further comprising: a water conservation device comprising: a connector having a base configured for connectivity and placement adjacent to a toilet pole assembly and proximate to the opening valve flapper that covers an opening valve within the tank anda flexible pressure arm, bendable in a curved direction upwardly from the opening valve flapper over the opening valve within the tank as the opening valve flapper is raised, integrally formed with the base, in a planar state with the base prior to installation, and configured to couple to the opening valve flapper within the tank of the toilet and configured to provide a downward pressure upon a top center portion of the opening valve flapper to lessen overall water utilized in each flush and thereby conserve water;wherein the connector and the flexible pressure arm are integrally formed and comprise a single, one-part device;wherein an inherent tension is created between the base and the flexible pressure arm upon installation to facilitate the downward pressure to the top center portion of the opening valve flapper which covers the opening valve; andwherein the water conservation device is operable by one of mechanical actuation to the flush handle lever and electronic actuation of one of the wireless buttons and thereby the solenoid and the flush handle lever. 5. The toilet system of claim 4, wherein the connector and flexible pressure arm are configured for either a total or partial flush of the toilet as selected by a user. 6. The toilet system of claim 4, wherein the connector and flexible pressure arm are comprised of a water resistant material. 7. The toilet system of claim 4, wherein the connector and flexible pressure arm are thin and planar, adapted for flat transport, and adapted for foldout by a user and placement in the tank coupled to the pole assembly and the opening valve flapper. 8. The toilet system of claim 4, further comprising: a pair of arms integrally formed with the base, the pair of arms extending outwardly from each side of the base in the planar state with the base prior to installation, each arm having an arm aperture formed therein, each aperture configured to receive a tab from the toilet pole assembly to secure the base to the toilet pole assembly;wherein the connector, the pair of arms, and the flexible pressure arm are integrally formed and comprise a single, one-part device. 9.
