The image display apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the display unit has a light guiding member that guides a light forming the image to the eye of the observer and transmits outside light, a surface at the observer side and a surface at an opposite side to the observer in the light guiding member are respectively nearly in parallel to the display surface, andthe surface at the observer side and the surface at the opposite side are respectively nearly orthogonal to the line of sight. 17. The image display apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing part that fixes the frame in a position in which the image is visually recognized by the observer. 18.
