The blower device according to claim 3, wherein the second cover wall part has a lower end located below a lower end of the first cover wall part. 5. The blower device according to claim 4, wherein the lower end of the second cover wall part is formed to slope downward approaching the first cover wall part. 6. The blower device according to claim 4, wherein an upper end of the second cover wall part is formed to slope upward approaching the first cover wall part. 7. The blower device according to claim 1, wherein the first cover wall part has an upper end located at a position higher than an upper end of the external wall part. 8. The blower device according to claim 1, wherein the external wall part, the groove portion, the first cover wall part and the cover component are arranged in this order from an inner side to an outer side in a radial direction, andthe external wall part and the groove portion are located opposite from the connector through a tabular portion of the cover component in the axial direction. 9. The blower device according to claim 1, wherein the groove portion defines a drainage path configured to prevent the connector from getting wet. 10. An air conditioner for a vehicle integrally comprising: the device according to claim 1; andan air-conditioning unit having an air-conditioning function component which conditions air sent by the blower device, whereinthe blower device draws outside air outside of a passenger compartment of the vehicle, and provides air conditioned by the air-conditioning unit into the passenger compartment.
