The system of claim 1, wherein the information describing each of the plurality of video transmissions includes at least two of the following: one or more keywords, geo-location information, and a reporter name. 4. The system of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of live video transmissions is being transmitted by a single remote unit associated with both the first modem and the second modem. 5. The system of claim 4, wherein the first modem and the second modem are used in concert to facilitate the live video transmission. 6. The system of claim 4, wherein the metadata information is received from the remote unit close to a time when transmission of the live video transmission starts. 7. The system of claim 4, wherein an update of the metadata information is received upon a trigger associated with a change in the metadata information is detected by the remote unit. 8. The system of claim 1, wherein, when transmission performances of the first modem is lower than transmission performances of the second modem, the first wireless connection is used more for sending the metadata information and the second wireless connection is used more for sending packets of the live video transmission. 9. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to transmit at least a portion of metadata information to at least one third-party server. 10. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to provide the alert to the second processing device when metadata information associated with the live video transmission matches preferences of a user associated with the second processing device. 11. The system of claim 10, wherein the alert is provided to the second processing device using at least one of: an email service, a Short Messages Service (SMS), an instant messaging service, a Real Simple Syndication (RSS) service, and Twitter. 12. The system of claim 10, wherein the alert enables the second processing device to view a broadcast of the live video transmission. 13. The system of claim 1, wherein the alert includes a referral to a broadcasting feed associated with identified server. 14. The system of claim 13, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to publish the alert referring to a website where the live video transmission can be viewed. 15. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to construct a programming guide of the plurality of live video transmissions based on metadata information. 16. The system of claim 15, wherein the programming guide is dynamically adapted to the content of the plurality of live video transmissions and their associated metadata information. 17. The system of claim 15, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to add information to the programming guide from analyzing the live video transmission. 18. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to enable the delivery of the live video stream from the remote server to multiple second processing devices associated with multiple users. 19. The system of claim 18, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to establish communication connections between the multiple users or with a provider of the live video transmission. 20. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to receive metadata information transmitted over multiple wireless networks. 21. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one first processing device is further configured to match advertisements to the live video stream based on the metadata information. 22. A method for managing a plurality of live video streams, the method comprising: receiving metadata information regarding a plurality of live video transmissions, each of the plurality of live video transmissions being constructed of a first plurality of packets transmitted via a first wireless connection associated with a first modem and a second plurality of packets transmitted via a second wireless connection associated with a second modem different from the first modem, wherein the metadata information includes information describing each of the plurality of video transmissions;identifying, based on the metadata information, a remote server receiving a live video transmission and associated information indicative of a transmission performance of at least one of the first modem and the second modem;providing data regarding the live video transmission to a second processing device; andenabling the second processing device to receive from the remote server a live video stream associated with the live video transmission. 23. The method of claim 22, wherein each of the plurality of live video transmissions is being transmitted by a single remote unit associated with both the first modem and the second modem and the first modem and the second modem are used in concert to facilitate the live video transmission. 24. The method of claim 22, further including: providing the data to the user device when metadata information associated with the live video transmission matches preferences of a user associated with the user device, wherein the data is provided to the user using at least one of: an email service, a Short Messages Service (SMS), an instant messaging service, a Real Simple Syndication (RSS) service, and Twitter. 25. The method of claim 22, wherein the data includes a referral to a broadcasting feed associated with identified server, the method further includes: publishing the data in a website where the live video transmission can be viewed. 26. A system for managing a plurality of live video transmissions, the system comprising: at least one first processing device to: receive metadata information regarding a plurality of live video transmissions, each of the plurality of live video transmissions being constructed of a first plurality of packets transmitted via a first wireless connection associated with a first modem and a second plurality of packets transmitted via a second wireless connection associated with a second modem different from the first modem, wherein the metadata information includes information describing each of the plurality of video transmissions;receive from a second processing device a request associated with a live video transmission and associated information indicative of a transmission performance of at least one of the first modem and the second modem;identify, based on the metadata information, a remote server receiving a live video transmission associated with the request;enable the remote server to provide the second processing device with a live video stream associated with the live video transmission. 27. The system of claim 26 wherein an image resolution of the live video stream received from the remote server dynamically changes during the transmission in response to transmission conditions of at least one of the first wireless connection and the second wireless connection. 28. The system of claim 26, wherein the live video stream is delivered to the second processing device over IP protocol. 29. The system of claim 26, wherein the at least one first processing device to is further configured to enable a third processing device to receive from the remote server a copy of the live video stream associated with the live video transmission. 30. The system of claim 29, wherein the copy of the live video stream delivered to the third processing device has a differing encoding than the live video stream.
