The method as in claim 1, wherein the processing comprises cutting to a controlled depth into the packaging material. 3. The method as in claim 1, wherein the processing comprises cutting the shape in an intricate shape as said tamper resistant portions, where said intricate shape has a first layout of pieces of the shape prior to initial opening of the package by an end-user, and where said first layout is not capable of being returned into its initial configuration when closed after the initial opening, into a different layout of pieces than a configuration prior to the package being opened where said label is initially in a single plane, and further comprising reclosing said package to force portions of said shape to extend above and outside of said single plane of the package when reclosed after being once opened. 4. The method as in claim 3, wherein said intricate shape is a zigzag pattern which once removed from its initial configuration cannot fit back into the packaging in that initial configuration. 5. The method as in claim 1, wherein said using the laser comprises sensing printed registration marks on said packaging material; and responsive to said sensing of registration marks, triggering the laser to operate while controlling a power of the laser such that scoring is carried out only to a certain depth through the packaging material but not to cut the adhesive label. 6. The method as in claim 1 wherein the method is carried out on a processing machine, and further comprising unwinding the packaging material from a roll in the processing machine; applying the pressure sensitive adhesive label on unwound packaging material along a path defined by the processing machine, said adhesive label having an outer shape and having reclosable adhesive, and having a pull tab at one portion; and rewinding the packaging material with the label applied thereto and the whole form therein to form a finished roll. 7. The method as in claim 1, and the perimeter includes a smooth curve at each of its sides, and the shape includes first and second tamper-resistant portions extending from said smooth curve at each of its sides forming an intricate portion at both sides of the perimeterwherein said processing comprises forming a feature at each ends of the shape at the first area and the second area, said feature being shaped to stop separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off from the remaining packaging material, and where said opening comprises opening the package to said first and second areas and stopping said opening by the shapes. 8. The method as in claim 7, wherein said feature that stops the separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off includes a first hook shape at the first area, and further comprising using the laser to form the first hook shape, to have a curved end extending from the perimeter towards a first outer edge of the label, and includes a second hook shape at the second area, and further comprising using the laser to form the second hook shape, to have a curved end extending from the perimeter towards a second outer edge of the label opposite from the first outer edge of the label, and the second hook shape extending away from the first hook shape, and each hook shape having an end facing in a different direction from an opening direction in which the label is opened;and each hook shape having a surface that stops propagation of the label when the label is opened. 9. A method of forming a peel-reclose system using an adhesive label in combination with laser scoring technology, comprising: unwinding a packaging material from a roll in a processing machine; applying a pressure sensitive adhesive label on an unwound packaging material along a path defined by the processing machine, said adhesive label having an outer shape and having reclosable adhesive, and having a pull tab at one portion;sensing printed registration marks on said packaging material;responsive to said sensing of registration marks, triggering a laser along the path defined by the processing machine to cut through the packaging material in locations where the adhesive label has already been located to cut in a specified shape at said locations on the packaging material that are aligned with the adhesive label,where said shape has smaller outer dimensions than an outer shape of the adhesive label, and where said shape extends from a first area of the packaging material to a second area of the packaging material, and the shape being defined between the first area and the second area, and where there is a portion of the packaging material that is not cut between said first area and said second area, such that said shape remains attached to said packaging material,where after said cutting, said pull tab allows pulling the adhesive label to separate the packaging material that has been cut from remaining packaging material, thereby opening the package to expose an opening with the shape, where the shape has an uncut portion between the first and second areas and where said opening separates said packaging material while leaving said packaging material defined by edges of said shape attached,and where the adhesive on the adhesive label allows re-adhering the adhesive label and separated packaging material back to the remaining packaging material; andwherein said uncut portion of the packaging material forms a hinged flap that reseals onto the packaging material,wherein said forming comprises using the laser for forming a feature that stops the separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off from the remaining packaging material when the label is opened, wherein said forming comprises using the laser to form the feature that stops the separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off and includes first and second hook shapes, and each hook shape has a curved end extending from the flap towards an outer edge of the label which is closest to said flap, and away from the other hook shape, where the curved ends extend in opposite directions toward said outer edges of the label and each hook having an end facing in a different direction from an opening direction in which the label is opened and each hook shape having a surface that stops propagation of the label when the label is opened and each hook shape having a surface that stops propagation of the label when the label is opened, and where said opening comprises opening the package to said first and second areas and stopping said opening by the hook shapes; andrewinding the packaging material with the label applied thereto and the cut formed therein to form a finished roll. 10. The method as in claim 9, wherein said cutting cuts to a controlled depth by delivering a controlled amount of energy to cut the packaging material by a controlled amount at a location relative to said registration marks, without cutting completely through the adhesive label. 11. The method as in claim 9, wherein said cutting comprises forming a shape with a perimeter that includes a smooth curve at each of its sides, and the shape includes first and second tamper-resistant portions extending from said smooth curve at each of its sides forming an intricate portion at both sides of the perimeter, where said intricate portion has a first layout of pieces of the shape prior to initial opening of the package by an end-user, and where said first layout is not capable of being returned into its initial configuration when closed after the initial opening, into a different layout of pieces than a configuration prior to the package being opened where said label is initially in a single plane, andfurther comprising reclosing said package to force portions of said shape to extend above and outside of said single plane of the package when reclosed after being once opened. 12. The method as in claim 11, wherein said intricate portion is a zigzag pattern which once removed from its initial configuration cannot fit back into the packaging in that initial configuration. 13. A method of opening and closing a reclosable package, comprising: Pulling a pressure sensitive adhesive label on a packaging material to open the package and form a flap, where an opened part of the package forms a hinged flap that is still attached to the packaging material,Said pulling comprising pulling the label until stopped by a feature formed on the packaging that stops the separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off from the remaining packaging material when the label is opened, wherein said feature that stops separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off includes first and second hook shapes, and each hook shape has a curved end extending from the flap towards an outer edge of the label which is closest to said flap, and away from the other hook shape, where the curved ends extend in opposite directions toward said outer edges of the label and each hook having an end facing in a different direction from an opening direction in which the label is opened and each hook shape having a surface that stops propagation of the label when the label is opened and where said opening comprises opening the package to said first and second areas and stopping said opening by the shapes; andReclosing the package by hinging the label on the hinged flap, andusing an adhesive on said adhesive label to re-adhere the adhesive label back to the packaging material after the package has been opened. 14. The method as in claim 13, wherein said pulling opens an opening having a shape with a perimeter that includes a smooth curve at each of its sides, and the shape includes first and second tamper-resistant portions extending from said smooth curve at each of its sides forming an intricate portion at both sides of the perimeter, where said intricate portion has a first layout of pieces of the shape prior to initial opening of the package by an end-user, and where said pulling opens the opening, and said first layout is not capable of being returned into its initial configuration when closed after the initial opening, into a different layout of pieces than a configuration prior to the package being opened where said label is initially in a single plane, andfurther comprising reclosing said package to force portions of said shape to extend above and outside of said single plane of the package when reclosed after being once opened. 15. The method as in claim 14, wherein said intricate portion is a zigzag pattern which once removed from its initial configuration cannot fit back into the packaging in that initial configuration. 16. A package with an adhesive label, comprising: a packaging material, having a first surface, and an opening in said first surface; a pressure sensitive adhesive label on said opening,said pressure sensitive adhesive label having an outer shape and having reclosable adhesive, and having a pull tab at one portion;sensing printed registration marks on said packaging material;where said opening has smaller outer dimensions than the outer shape of the adhesive label, and where said opening extends from a first area of the packaging material to a second area of the packaging material, and the opening being defined between the first area and the second area, and where there is a portion of the packaging material that is not cut between said first area and said second area, such that a cut portion of the packaging material remains attached to said packaging material, leaving said opening hinged to the packaging material by the portion of the packaging material that is not cut,where said pull tab allows pulling the adhesive label to separate the packaging material that has been cut from remaining packaging material, thereby opening the package to expose an opening with the shape;and where the adhesive on the adhesive label allows re-adhering the adhesive label and separated packaging material back to remaining packaging material, using said portion of the packaging material that is not cut as a hinge;wherein said opening includes first and second hook shapes, and each hook shape has a curved end extending from the opening towards an outer edge of the label, and away from the other hook shape, where the curved ends extend in opposite directions toward said outer edges of the label and each hook shape having an end facing in a different direction from an opening direction in which the label is opened, and where said first and second hook shapes stop separated packaging material attached to the label from tearing off from the remaining packaging material when the label is opened, and each hook shape having a surface that stops propagation of the label when the label is opened and each hook shape having a surface that stops propagation of the label when the label is opened, and where said opening comprises opening the package to said first and second areas and stopping said opening by the hook shapes.
