The decorative panel of claim 1, wherein the second layer is made from at least one of glass or polymethyl methacrylate. 7. The decorative panel of claim 1, wherein the design of the first cavity comprising an opening is a plurality of first cavities comprising corresponding openings. 8. The decorative panel of claim 1, wherein the second design of the second cavity comprising an opening is a plurality of second cavities comprising corresponding openings. 9. The decorative panel of claim 1, wherein the light entering the panel through the first design reflects several times through the panel before being output through the third layer. 10.
