The locking device of claim 1, wherein when the second end of the paddle is attached to the mounting block, the paddle is parallel to a center axis of the mounting block. 18. The locking device of claim 1, wherein when the second end of the paddle is detached from the mounting block, the paddle lays at an acute angle to a center axis of the mounting block. 19. The locking device of claim 1, further comprising a housing enclosing the weighted mechanism. 20. The locking device of claim 1, the magnetic attraction is provided by i) a magnet placed on the second end of each paddle; or ii) a magnet placed on the mounting block.
