The composition according to claim 8, wherein the active material containing silicon contains carbon, silicon, a silicon oxide, silicon bonded with a metal, or the mixed one of at least two or more kinds thereof. 10. The composition according to claim 9, wherein an electrode is a negative electrode. 11. An electrode for a lithium cell, having 1) an active material containing silicon, 2) a conductive assistant, 3) the binder for a cell according to claim 1, and (4) a current collector. 12. The electrode according to claim 11, wherein the active material containing silicon contains carbon, silicon, a silicon oxide, silicon bonded with a metal, or the mixed one of at least two or more kinds thereof. 13. The electrode according to claim 12, wherein the electrode is a negative electrode.
